I'm a customer since a long time but i have to say that actually Meds Engage doesn't give much satisfaction . -No way to order online the service is blocked -The hotline I contacted was rude and not very helpful -I sent an order 2 weeks ago and so far no answer.. -I have received by mail sreen seven times this questionaire

The website is pretty well designed, customer service responds quickly, price was the best for my drug (Rifaximin) and shipping time was fairly good taking 16 days from Singapore to Australia. My only complaint is that it's not until the end of the checkout process that it's revealed you'll be paying via the Paytm service in Indian Rupees (which Meds Engage says they will then change to USD). Paytm appears to be a reputable service, but it would be nice to know exactly what the payment process is beforehand. I'm still going to give 5 stars as the service and price was pretty much faultless. Price of Rifaximin in Australia from Chemist Warehouse: $8.75 per tablet. From Meds Engage: $1.50 per tablet (including shipping). Savings for me are in the thousands of dollars, so I am grateful.
