Ordered a 1.5" vacuum hose it keeps falling off the collar is to large to stay on the vacuum head. Contacted costume service said it was over 30 days would not replace it or refund. Even with the collar not made to specifications, ( it was .030" larger than the nipple on the vacuum head) how could it stay on. I guess after being a costumer since you opened I expected some kind of compensation. I f this is the type of cheap products you are selling, and not standing behind I will have to consider not doing business with you any longer.
I still have not seen the replacement for the broken salt Cell I mailed back last month.

Ordered a 20' x 40', 12 mil solar cover which was trimmed to 21.3' x 40'. I had to trim it to fit and that was a pain. The cover itself is fine and does the job. Let's hope the bubbles last longer than 3 years in my southern New England environment.
I love in the swim. The prices are fair and the service is perfect. I think the handling charge is a little sketchy though. Just raise the price a little if you must and get rid of that. It kinda feels like false advertising, even with the handling charge rolled in to the price you would still have very competitive pricing on all your items. Other than that I love online shopping through in the swim!!
