Did what they said at a good orice
Granmore was good replying to emails quickly, but unfortantly couldn’t give top marks as the day my delivery was expected, they didn’t arrive, and nobody even informed me their was a delay, I had to chase for them, and they was 24hours late.
Order turned up as arranged despite the terrible weather. Lovely delivery driver. Well done

Had difficulty buying on line, and was very grumpy! Ends up that I was giving conflicting info. When I phoned to place order was dealt with very efficiently, and the mistake was pointed out to me. The goods were sent next day, very impressed. Then noticed that I had been charged twice, seems that the online order kicked in, phoned again, and had refund and apology 24 hrs later. Impressed. Well done.
