I received my order in less than 48 hours, in good condition. However I may have gone for a different product if there had been more detail as to the material used in the tiles. I am not a professional, and this was my first experience with ceiling tiles.
There was a problem between the office and warehouse which resulted in my order not being complete when i received it. One phone call easily and speedily resolved the problem. Now putting up the ceiling which appears to be ok. Would I use them again? Yes, definitely
