I ordered ceiling tiles and some t sections on line. The website was comprehensive, well laid out and simple to use. I arranged the items to be collected from the shop. The staff were very pleasant and professional. The warehouseman was particularly helpful.
Good price for the product, couldn't fault it to be fair.. delivery was significantly later that advised which caused us an issue..delivery driver was superb when he arrived though, the response from the office wasn't the best when we'd called to chase but wouldn't stop us recommending or using them again.
you charged us twice for the same order. we paid for 24 hour delivery and 7 days later still waiting.......

Ordered over the phone. Person that took the order gave me the full price including vat and gave me a total to pay. Then took payment by our credit card. At no time during the conversation was there any mention of an additional charge for delivery. Was shocked to receive an email with a charge for delivery that was nearly 50% of the cost of the item. We also believe the delivery charge is excessive. We are sure this was a genuine oversight by the operator who took the order. However had we have known the full cost including delivery it would have had a significant bearing on our decision to purchase. Emailed the company to explain the above and as of yet have not received a timely reply. Product itself arrived well packaged and in good condition.
