The goods arrived in plenty of time with no damage, Good service and information when i phoned for help to identify a type of tile.
Unfortunately the tiles sent were not as I ordered. The error was corrected very efficiently without problems. It is always the sales department who have to correct the mistakes, It's a shame I couldn't talk to the warehouse person who picked the wrong tiles and tell him the inconvenience it caused us and the cost for his company to have the wrong tiles returned, had I been an awkward customer the poor sales team would have had to deal with me shouting. Fortunately I understand mistakes happen :-)

I found the website very easy to use, the suspended ceiling calculator was easy to use. The goods where delivered on time There was some damage when received, I reported the damage and the replacement part were despatched the same day with minimum fuss. The suspended ceiling was easy to install. Excellent customer service and I would certainly use Granmore again.
