Unfortunately the products arrived damaged, but when contacted the company refunded the money no problem. Delivery service was good, had things worked out differently I would have given 5 stars.

The fact that our order wasn't delivered on the day advised, isn't an issue. The fact that I had to call to find out where it was, was told "I'll call you straight back" and never did and that I had to call again 2 days later to find out IS the issue..!!

Excellent delivery time and service
Tiles & grid turned up as expected but the main tee and trim were 2 days late, the staff were helpful in chasing up and explained there had been issues with the depot.

Placing our order was quick and simple and the product was of good quality. The only reservation I had when ordering was that the company terms state that they will not replace damaged goods unless damages are declared upon receipt of order - we were not able to check each tile given that we had ordered 4 packs of ceiling tiles (16 per pack) - luckily everything was fine.
Can not falt the service will defiantly use the company again
We needed to email Granmore initially and they responded very quickly with all the info we need to place an order which made the process straight forward and simple for us. Package arrived well sealed and in good condition, would be happy to use in future.
