Waited 10 days for delivery of item, had no follow on email to confirm purchase. Called customer service to be told the delivery of four trims would be an extra £28. No confirmation email for order cancelled as promised. Has certainly put me off reordering.

Very easy to use website. Have used this company before and had excellent service, replaced damaged tile with no quibble.
Very good service, value and quick delivery as usual. Delivery cost a bit high, but appreciate that elaborate protection is required for fragile products. Would have given 5 stars if notification of delivery day and approximate time had been given. As it was the items were left exposed in my garden. Slight damage to two tile packs, but nonetheless all tiles usable.
