Dales cycles have been superb all along. They built my bike...all fully assembled and delivered straight to my door in a couple of weeks. And customer service was second. To none. I would fully recommend dales cycles if your looking to buy a new bike.

Ordering from Dales Cycles was very straightforward and their follow up emails about the order were prompt, informative and relevant. The delivery process was flawless and flexible - I had to change the delivery day and this was not a problem. I also used their online chat service for extra advice and this was excellent too. I am in the process of setting up the Core so can’t comment on it yet but would highly recommend the service offered by Dales Cycles.

Bought a few things from the store during lockdown, spoke to staff on live link, to ask questions regarding the items I was planning on purchasing, staff were very helpful and I am delighted with my wahoo element bolt, and my kikr core trainer. Plan next year to buy my new bike from the store as excellent customer service.well done keep up the great work you are all doing.

I am delighted with my new Cube SL hybrid. It is equally good on the road and cycle track/paths. Its light weight and set up is an added bonus when on longer runs. A great hybrid that I am quick to recommend. The support and service from the team at Dales was an added bonus!

Bike delivered on time, within 3-4 days of ordering without any dramas. All tools for final assembly provided. Definitely recommend these guys based on ease of ordering and getting a bike delivered and on the dirt.
