Do You remember the toaster machine, the hair nets, and the malted milk. Woolworth’s back then was known as the “Five & Dime”, which was a clever way of saying a store where you could buy things very inexpensively. The term “Five & Dime”describe a store-wide policy to charge only a nickel or a dime for all products within the store. Well Bombay comes very close to the Customer service and the products it sells. Above that "its free shipping"

My experience with Bombay Electronics was very good. They communicated every step of the way (order confirmation, shipping confirmation, etc.), and I had no problems; everything, in my experience, was very smooth. I especially appreciated that they shipped my item out right away. The product itself came packed very soundly, nested inside 3 different corrugated cardboard boxes, so I appreciated that they took care that it shouldn't get harmed on the way (and also used recyclable materials to do it). I have had no reason to contact their customer service, so can't comment on that. Based on my experience, i would buy from them again.

I heard about a product I needed from a friend that orders from Bombay Electronics ... They did great getting right back with me after I emailed them.. Waiting to see how they handle a defective diffuser, before I give my full approval however.

I ordered Panasonic cordless phone with 220 volts transformers. Opted for free shipping which is 5-8 business day but I got mine in 3 business days. Product looks great, would definitely use them again.

We ordered a DVD player from them. We received the product within a couple of days. The DVD player works great for our DVDs in Mandarin and Danish that we haven't been able to watch until now. We'll buy from them again.
