Ordered several foreign voltage adaptors from Bombay Electronics. Price was very good, web ordering was good, but quite honestly, for a very small package, the shipping was pretty slow (7 days) even for first class shipping.

I received exactly what I ordered in a timely fashion. Item was priced right and FREE shipping. Bombay beat Amazon prices.

I got my Oppo 103D quickly but when i did receive a screw on the chassis was broken. i would not imagine why was it not found before packing it to customer as part of QA.

The Samsung DVDC500M Region Free DVD Player from Bombay Electronics was well packaged, sent quickly, and works just as advertised. On a minor note, the enclosed HDMI cable was identified as 6' but was actually only 4.5'. It worked for me (barely). But if a customer needed the 6' as advertised they would be dissapointed.

Ordered an LG region free bluray player. Shipped to Canada (Toronto) within around 3 business days. Good price, speedy delivery and the player works perfectly!

I just think that the company should be commended for their professionalism in not only filling the order with speed and accuracy but the friendly attitude in every step getting the product to it's final destination. I was also pleased that the item lived up to everything as advertised. I never knew this product existed and once I did the company was very helpful with their knowledge to help me make my final decision.
