Was having trouble with another DVD player I purchased several years ago from Bombay. Called for technical help and while they didn't solve my problem they got me started down the right path to solve it myself. Before I was able to solve it I decided to purchase another player as a backup just in case. Shipping was prompt and now have to players that work. Their willingness to help me on a product purchased several years earlier was a deciding factor in my decision to make another purchase from them.

They had the product I needed, at a fair price, and expedited shipping when I requested. I was very pleased.

Ordering online was easy with free shipping and payment with Paypal. I called customer service to make some changes to my order which they did promptly sending me a new email receipt. My order was delivered in good condition by Fedex.

Needed a "region free" blu ray player ( something I didn't even know existed a few months ago) and Bombay Electroincs had the best deal online so I ordered. It arrived quickly and as promised but I realized I needed a 3D player so they let me send it back and sent me the one I wanted. They were GREAT and very nice and QUICK. I tried it out today and it WORKS GREAT. I am very happy and a customer for life.

I was very happy to order through Bombay and the diffuser works wonderful. It's small and put out great scent, I would recommend it to anyone.

Bombay delivers great service with a great product. And at a great price! Some of our DVDs are still sticking, however, but we can't be sure that it's not really our disks which are to blame. Let's put it this way: If you detest being limited to viewing DVDs for one region only, you can't afford to be without Bombay Electronics. This is our second region-free player from them, and we have every intention of purchasing others from them after we wear this one out (just like we wore the previous machine out after 5 years of service). If you balance the length of time of viewing vs. the price of the product, we only invested $16 a year in their product. How on earth can you beat that?

The product arrived earlier than I expected and was in a good condition. It is nice that I no longer have to worry about the format when I shop around Blue-ray and DVDs. Also very happy to know that the region free modification comes with lifetime warranty. The built-in PAL/NTSC conversion works great as well.

I ordered a HDMI CVBS/S-Video to HDMI converter. I called with questions about the product before my purchase. I received a prompt and clear explanation of the product. After I ordered the product it was shipped within a day or two. I received it in less than a week. Upon receipt I needed help setting up the converter. I called for assistance and the representative took time to help me set it up properly. It was up and running in no time. I'm very pleased with the product so far and the service I received from Bombay Electronics.

My all-region Blu-ray player was ordered on Thursday. It was delivered by FedEx in Israel the following Tuesday. Couldn't be much better than this! This was the second all-region Blu-ray player that I ordered from Bombay. I didn't know how to change regions on my first unit. I got immediate help over the telephone. I also received a reply by e-mail concerning the same question.

I ordered a 5000 w and a 500 w transformers. Everything came on excellent conditions and on time.

excellent service, fast and reliable

I called to buy a product on Tuesday morning and was delivered to my address at Edmonton, Alberta, Canada on the following Thursday. I wasn't expecting it to come that fast considering my previous orders. I can't comment yet on the product but the reliability of the company and its timely product delivery date.
