Though the experience I had with the representative was friendly and accommodating, the fact that they charge a $25 restocking fee for an order that was not to my liking was extremely dissatisfying and upsetting! The product was never even removed out of the box and packaged exactly the way it was sent to me so to be charged $25 To put it back in inventory was ridiculous! Though the merchandise was of good quality, I would never deal with a company that has this type of policy again!! I would hardly consider that “customer service”

I chose the Round .40 carat wedding band and could not be more pleased. The quality in this substantial piece of jewelry is obvious, and the service I received was excellent. Side note: I originally purchased a band through my jeweler that looks nearly identical (slightly higher carat weight, but 13 diamonds so they are smaller), which "matched" my engagement ring. The ring cost over $1,100, but the I-color paled in comparison to my D-color solitaire, so I returned it and looked for a quality, reasonably-priced alternative. This is it! I now wish we had purchased the engagement ring from Birkat Ellyon, as we would have saved several thousand dollars!

I love my rings
The ring is nice. It looks the way it was advertised in person. I am in between sizes so I would have made that request had I known, but they did make an accommodation for me with the centre stone which I very much appreciate. I haven’t officially started wearing it yet, but I’m sure it will get lots of compliments.

Great experiance
The bracelet stones did not have the brilliance I expected. Unfortunately, I had to go out town for a few weeks for an unplanned business trip and upon my return, it was well past the 15 days return timeframe. But, if I could have, I would have returned the bracelet.
Over the last couple of weeks, I ordered the large Ascher studs and ring. They are beyond my expectations! And having received several pieces from Birkat Elyon, my expectations were high. Both items are beyond exquisite!
