Good quality product, good costumer service and communication. Highly recommended company!
Bought the porcelain 5 stars all round!! Recommend to all
Ordered some patio slabs that came within a few days which was great, unfortunately a few slabs were broken in the pallets. I sent an email regarding the issue and had it sorted almost immediately. The customer care is awesome and very quick to resolve the issue. I asked just for the broken slabs to be replaced but they are sending extra just incase. Couldn't ask for a better service. The whole process has been easy and stress free. Highly recommend
Fantastic service and packaging of the products, not one stone arrived broken all in perfect condition, phoned a couple of times for additional information and the service was great and helpful, I will recommend this company as they are very competitive on price and product.
77sqm of sandstone and cobble sets delivered perfectly and on time. Looks so god now the back is finished, just the front of the house to complete. 5 stars
Superb product and great service. I can’t give 5 stars because: The website says free delivery to all UK addresses. When I went to make my purchase I was charged £20 delivery. I checked with them and was referred to their support page where they have a list of charges for certain post codes. I live in Plymouth, PL postcode and it lists a charge of £20. Having lived here since 1972 I am pretty sure that we are part of mainland UK. Very misleading and I can’t see how it actually works. The website should be very clear and tell, some people in the UK, that they will need to pay for delivery. The information is well hidden and you don’t see it until you are about to make a payment.
Brilliant customer service, asked about the Kandla Grey and was pointed in the right direction. Would recommend!
Have bought from this company a few times now for various projects. The porcelain is of the highest quality I’ve come across and the service is always outstanding.
Ordered raj green patio pack, very happy with the service and product from ammaari stones would definitely use again
Great quality tiles. Stock is by the pallet on limited stock held, so ensure area is correct as you may not be able to order anymore. Next day delivery available which is great. Loved the tiles I chose and weee £29.99 sqrmtr and another website they were £49.00 sqrmtr. Would recommend AMMAARI STONE.
Hi l have just bought tiles 2 we're broken and as only 2 they will not replace!!!! I have never heard as much nonsense so if buying from this company be aware after sales is very poor!!! Good luck if you have broken tiles!!!!
Damaged stone on arrival - they blame the courrier no one wants to replace them so expect to receive goods not on time and those that are damaged
I thought the price would mean I’m comprising on quality on the porcelain regardless I decided to order. I was wrong, the quality is very good and tiles are packed very well. 1 piece damaged from 3 pallets which is expected in the industry. Would recommend will use again
Been using Ammaari stones for most of my paving for the last 2 years, very few damages over 1000s m² ordered and the guys in the office are 1st class to resolve any issues if there are any. Quality and consistency are always high and very well packed as some suppliers can send them in horrendous conditions. Would recommend for DIYers and other landscapers.
Well, after reading the reviews for this company, I was sold. I phoned to ask about the details of the product, but sadly wasn't told anything extra apart from the information on the website (I wanted to know the exact texture of the surface). This put me off a bit, so I spent some time deciding to order or not. I did order, and when the tiles arrived, I started to unpack them and was pleased with the design. I was unpacking on my own and needed to move the tiles ASAP. I started to unpack them, and the packaging was ridiculous, and they were packed vertically and horizontally. When the straps were undone, lots of the vertical tiles fell off on the floor. Thank goodness they didn't break. For the next pallet, I had to prop large items around to stop them falling. Some tiles were delivered damaged and so I decided to email the company with photos and let them know. Sadly, I was ignored. I then phoned the company, who said they hadn't received my email, so I explained the situation and resent my email and was again ignored. I left it a few days and tried again. I was again ignored. I left it a few more days and phoned again and was left on hold, and then my call was disconnected. I eventually spoke to a gentleman who said I had to forfeit the damage for up to 7% of the cost price. He said this was in the small print on the website! He said all companies do this. I have checked, and this is not the case. All I can say is that I'm very disappointed that I have to pay for them damaging the tiles in transit. It does say you have to contact the company as soon as possible if any tiles arrive damaged, so that makes no sense. A few people on the reviews said they had phone calls to check up on their order, where I had to keep contacting them, so it makes me wonder if this is actually true? They did say they would contact the company about the packaging problem, but all in all, I haven't had the best customer experience with this company and was quite dissapointed.
Used ammaari for well over a year now. Never let me down and always deliver when they say they will. Running my own landscaping business it's important to be be able to rely on suppliers and these guys are always a great help and very efficient
Was scared to order due to the negative reviews and cheap price but in fact iv never seen better quality after being a landscaper for 20 years. Not sure why the negative reviews as if you order enough a small broken shouldn’t be an issue. A policy every building material company has. Would highly recommend also the customer is great they will be honest about delivery date than lying like a lot of other companies out there who falsely promise. If you properly there will be no issues. I would recommend to all end users and builders(sign up to the trade account for more discount). This will be my go to place for all my jobs.
Avoid at all cost Wrong pictures to tiles which were sent out to me. I have emailed and called many times and no response and very rude when asked to resolve. I will upload video on YouTube to show the customer service. Disgusted how these scammers get away with it And yes I will share my order details in a YouTube video and my conversation with Hasan. This company lies and I will show you through a video of all conversation I have had them. I will post link to video shortly on here. In meantime I will avoid this company
Most people will have a trouble free experience. However, when something goes wrong, you will not get any useful assistance. We have been buying natural stone online regularly since 2005 and rarely encountered any problems. Never encountering a problem that wasn't resolved by the supplier. Ammaari Stones' performance was a first. After ordering a silver grey granite paving and receiving salt and pepper granite paving that had been mis-sold with inaccurate images on their website, we were charged the original delivery cost + return collection cost totalling £520. As if we had just changed our minds! After many emails and telephone calls we were getting no help in resolving the problem by Ammaari. The charge was put into dispute and handed over to our credit card company. Ammaari continued to argue their position time and again. Eventually they let it go and we were informed by our card provider that it has now been settled (approx 3 months later). So if you have an issue with the service provided by Ammaari Stones, fight them to the end. Do not let them rip you off! A very shoddy company to avoid at all costs... Updated 14th June: Interesting to see no response from Ammaari as they would struggle to hold their ground. Instead we see a couple of seamingly influenced reviews to gradually bury any negative feedback.
Fantastic service, brilliant quality. Was very nervous to order from here as seen so many bad reviews but I’m over the moon with my slabs.
