Great price without compromising on quality and service. Prompt delivery with only one slab cracked in 3 large pallets of slabs. Also on another delivery when the wrong product was sent they corrected the mistake promptly with no fuss. It's rare to find such good customer service nowadays.

Pavers were delivered on time as stated. I was not in for their arrival and to save them being left outside the front of the house, the driver used his palletiser to take the crate round to the back of the house where they would be much safer. That for the driver was going above and beyond his remit for which the company deserves 6 stars

Great product and price, by far the cheapest around but this doesn’t reflect in the quality. The stones are beautiful, were packaged and delivered extremely well with no breakages and a great mix of colour. Would happily recommend to a friend.

Avoid avoid avoid!!! They do not take responsibility for delivered broken tiles and offer no refunds. I see other customers have fallen victim to a ludicrous 48hour t&c.. how they expect people to unload pallets in the pouring rain and inspect is beyond a joke. My tiles are entirely broken at the bottom of the pallets, so wouldnt have known until all unloaded. Now i am dreading to see if the tiles are chipped ... What Terrible customer service, very unhelpful and quite abrupt and happy to blame the customer. They also play with pricing, which causes the customer to be out of pocket and they refuse to reimburse the difference. In addition to this, Company do not stick with your chosen delivery date either. Company delayed my delivery by almost 2 weeks, (Good job I wasn't planning on getting a tradesman to start laying the paving the next day.. So if deadlines, good customer service, accountability and non broken tiles are important to you, then avoid this charlatan company like the plague cause you won't experience any of this from this company. Talking from first hand experience, save your money and go elsewhere!... AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Have ordered 280 tiles of 900x600 size and received quite a few damages and broken. When I contacted them they replied "Generally in the building industry, there is a 10% wastage everyone works with. Ammaari Stones policy is 7.5% which you agreed to upon placing the order." I never agreed to this upon placing the order. When I called Ammaari Stones last week, those people said that we have insurance and they will send the replacement for broken tiles now they are changing the terms

Sadly I’ve fallen victim to their ridiculous 48hr notice for damage (although I notice they’ve now changed their T&C). The pallets arrived damaged and I noted them damaged on the delivery note and emailed them pictures stating there was damage due to poor packaging. After a few phone calls (no answer), and another email reminder I finally got a response (at 14:25) saying I had to unpack and inspect every single tile by the end of the day or they would not accept a damage report. I told them this was impossible as it was 120 tiles and I had a day job. A few days later I received a call from them asking if I was happy and I explained why not. Their employee said just send through the pictures when I could. Having finally had time to get through all the tiles, after weather and a vacation, and found 21 out of 120 damaged, they refuse to acknowledge that discussion and simply offered a discount on further tiles valid for 24hrs only (no doubt to pressure me to accept a resolution). I will be contacting my card provider and small claims action if necessary. Don’t waste your time unless you have a squad of people to open everything up, inspect, and store it somewhere. I should have read the reviews on here first. Had I actually unpacked them on day 1 then I suspect more would have got damaged trying to store them as my garden was a building site. Who on earth expects customers to risk damaging a product to prove damage when it is clear there will be damage by the way it’s packed? By contrast, some other tiles I ordered from a different company arrived absolutely immaculately with not a single piece of damage.

I ordered 80 kandla grey porcelain paver from Ammarri stone and 32 of them had chips in all on the same position on the paver. I didnt open the pavers until they were needed to be put down by a landscape gardener. Why would i open them when they were all wrapped individually and strapped on a pallet. I had my garden started while i was away in holiday for 11 days. I contacted them the day i returned and was told it would get sorted. Another 11 days later i had to contact them again and was told it was been dealt with. Another 5 days and still nothing from them so i rang and spoke to Muni. He was so unhelpful blaming me and the haulage contractor for the damage. I have since emailed them asking if they check every tile on every pallet the get in their yard. No answer from them . All they said is they can do me more pavers with some discount. The company is a joke . Very unhelpful and unreliable. I wouldnt reccomend dealing with them . £970 i paid for 80 pavers and could only use 48 of them.

READ T & C's. You only have 48 hours to unload every single slab. We ordered 136 m2, but didn't open them intime and at least 15m2 were broken. We were not offered a refund as we didn't unload all the slabs with 48 hours. We were only offered a discount if we brought more off of them - which we won't be. We had 8 pallets of patio packs - several slabs were 30mm shorter than the others and we had far more squares than other sizes. It was mostly the big ones that were broken and I had to pay out even more to get some locally, so we could finish the job. I'd only buy off these guys if you've got the time, strength and space to unload every tile within 48 hours.

Ordered 2 pallets of porcelain slabs. They came individually wrapped in cardboard with plastic corner protectors, wrapped in pallets of 40 - alot to move round the back of the house! Dont normally spend that quantity without seeing the product first, so a bit of nervous wait for the delivery. We are aware of the tolerance for breakages, and so far (weve opened and used about 50 of the 80) all has been fine. We did check the cardboard for anything obvious but also took wastage into consideration and added extra like you need to with tiling projects. All came on time and as expected. Thought they were good for the price, and would probably order again.

Really great price for the porcelain tiles we wanted for our garden, but we failed to read their Terms and Conditions, as they state that you need to advise of any defects within 48 hours of delivery. We took delivery but left the tiles packaged up for a few days whilst we had the garden ripped out, once we started to open up tiles we noticed that 20 tiles out of our 120 were chipped, we contacted the company but got no refund or replacement tiles, but we got offered a small discount if I bought more. Just please ensure you check all your tiles within the allotted 48 hours from delivery.
