Average product, with poor service. We bought Kandala Stone for our garden and order slightly more that we needed. £1000 worth of slabs. 7 Slabs arrived broken, but through no fault of our own the slabs that were broke were taken out of what we should allow for with cuts. The slabs that were broke were of no use to use because of the way they’d broken (we couldn’t make any useful cuts from them). Basically, order far more than you need in case of poor handling from courier, and be wary of the service you receive from Hussain. The other guys there are helpful, but Hussain just isn’t. As for the product, whilst calibrated it was difficult to lay with lots of high points and low points. Wish we hadn’t bothered.

Be really careful when ordering with these guys. I bought a 17m2 patterned patio pack and two slabs had split. The sales team told me that I should have bought another half pack, to cover any breakages?!....I was told they sell 'half packs' online at a discounted price. Looking online, it appears that there's no half packs available and it actually states in their FAQ's that 'we are currently only able to offer full packs'. I emailed Ammaari stores, I'm yet to receive a reply 2 weeks later.....probably best to buy from your local garden centre!

Brilliant service, no broken stones, well packed, delivery drivers were very accommodating on getting the stones in my drive nothing was too much trouble. Excellent service and product very pleased

I can’t recommend this company enough. I have ordered twice from them now and the service is absolutely fantastic. Unfortunately I had quite a few damaged slabs in my last order that had been damaged during transit and I had replacements delivered within days. The quality of the Indian stone is excellent and the price is reasonable. I recommend ammaari stones to everyone. Customer service is also excellent they made what I thought was going to be a stressful task very simple. Keep it up guys!

We purchased a 19 square metre pack of Indian sandstone and are extremely pleased with the quality of it. Company were very easy to deal with- would totally recommend.

I'm disappointed, 2 of the larger slabs were delivered damaged. I raised this with aammari who stated that it is to be expected that this will happen to some of them and declined my request for replacement or partial refund.
