Terrible company bought a full pallet of 40 porcelain slabs and at nearly £500 and made my patio to suit the 40 slabs 10 x 4 so needed all 40 for the job and to find 2 broken they won't refund or send 2 for the broken ones and if I order another 2 I have to pay £85 post and packing.this is an absolute joke and another was I picked a specific day for delivery due to night shifts and they came 2 days early and I had to get 40 slabs from front of house to round the back after a 12 HR night shift.
After reading many reviews I decided to take the plunge and also allow for at least 7.5% damage, so in my case ordered 3 pallets of HS Nero. They looked great and also good quality. In my case not a single tile was damaged in any way. I'm really happy with the end result and would most certainly recommend them. The only problem is that I have loads left over

Ordered 160 porcelain tiles 600mmx900mm all came individually wrapped. Out of the 160 only 3 were damaged. We were advised on the phone when we ordered, that we should allow for a few damages, just incase. Very pleased with service, price, delivery and quality of product.
