GOOD SERVICE, PROMPT DELIVERY
I ordered the Heat Pad - this is the 2nd one I ordered - very happy with the first and wanted one for the lounge room when my father is sitting in the chair. I ordered it in the afternoon and the parcel was on my door step first thing the next morning - extremely impressed with the service and very happy with the Heat Pad.
I purchased a heat pad, which was good quality but didnt suit the very specific injury/ailment I needed it for. Just contacted them and they were fine for the item to be returned with my justification. They processed the refund really quickly. Very happy with their service provision.

I am very pleased with both the service and products I received from Optomo. The products are as described on the web and as I expected and everything has been done promptly and efficiently.
I came upon this company by chance as I was concerned about the checkout procedure of the two recommended contact points (for my country) from the manufacturer. The freight pricing was reasonable which also confirmed the sale for me. Delivery occurred without issue and the whole transaction went off without a hitch.
