I have used 4gadgets before and my sister always uses them However I was a bit disappointed with the return process it took longer than promised on the website. I wanted the refund on time to get another product of a certain colour but as I suspected it became out of stock by the time I got my refund. Likewise I believe the quality is decreasing normally a good condition phone will look as good as a pristine one with only one or no scratches at all but this phone has quite a few marks. I may use 4gadgets again but hopefully I will be satisfied fully next time.

Brought the phone for my nieces daughter. It was one of the "Fair" rated phones so I wasn't expecting a new phone but as long as it worked it would be fine. Well was I more than pleasantly surprised. The phone is startling. If this is their "Fair" grade of phone what their Good and Excellent phones must be like should be amazing. Highly recommended and I would definitely use them again.5*

Easy to order, good prices, fast delivery and phone as described. I paid extra for Saturday delivery this wasn't done but one telephone call and the delivery day was changed to Saturday and delivery charge refunded. Couldn't ask for more. Would recommend.

This being the first time I bought a refurbished handset, as you would expect I had some trepidation, but I can honestly say 4gadget service has been top notch. I elected to purchase a Pristine condition phone and can confirm that the handset was like new. After some consideration however I decided that the model I'd picked was just a little too large, but their return policy was just as excellent and uncomplicated as the purchase. The return is free and the refund is paid in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering buying a refurbished phone.
