My husband purchased an Apple iPad Air 5th Generation for me. It was noted on the detailed information that it had a couple of small scratches on the screen. I am absolutely delighted with this purchase. One of the scratches is slightly noticeable (I thought I had trapped a fine small hair under the screen protector) but it does not really notice and does not affect performance. The delivery was prompt and well packed. This was bought via eBay and had an address in Edinburgh, but unfortunately he did not keep the detail on his computer, so I could not give feedback via eBay, Love my iPad, thank you!

Just want to update this review to say that 4Gadget have been in touch to come to a compromise to the issue I faced after reading my review here. I am grateful that I was able to speak with Billy who reassured that our issue was a rare case and he was quick to help rectify our problem as best he could. Overall, I cannot fault the quality of the refurbished product which was better than expected (no scratches or dents) and was priced quite competitively. The iPhone 12 came with a charger and was partially charged ready to go when we received it next working day. 4Gagdget refurbish Apple products with parts which are not necessarily registered with Apple (this was flagged by a repair firm who checked the chip serial numbers against Apple’s database). The wording on 4Gadgets website is slightly misleading with that regard as this company is an approved Samsung Refurbishment retailer and not Apple. I’d recommend that they revisit the wording as not to cause confusion. This isn’t necessarily a problem if you don’t mind, but it can incur additional costs during repairs or when recycling your phone down the line. Just some feedback to 4Gadget, the phone customer service number from your website isn’t the most customer friendly — there were two women who kept asking which company I was phoning about (do they work for multiple firms?) and they kept referring me to email 4Gadget instead of being able to help on the phone. Perhaps they are very limited in what they can do over the phone, but to me it felt more of a hindrance than support.

I have bought a samsung galaxy 21 ultra which has issues as people cannot hear me on call. I have contacted them to rectify it. They keep asking for an error message which obviously doesn’t exist. They’re sold me a faulty phone despite ‘excellent condition’ and aren’t fixing it now. Avoid.

Ordered a S21 ultra just before christmas and didn't expect to see it till after, got it next day (Saturday) no charge. The phone was meant to be excellent condition but i would go further to say it was new and had never been used. Saved the poor planet and saved me £500 over a new Galaxy. Well done 4gadgets absolutely brilliant service and communication.
