I got a S21 Ultra rated as in "Good Condition" I was a bit worried thinking that I should have maybe goon with at least "Excellent Condition" but I was pleasantly surprised apart from a few marks on the back of the phone (no scratches). The screen and camera lenses do not have a mark on them, so I am pleased I saved a bit and got a refurbished phone in excellent condition overall. The S21 Ultra is a lot faster than my ageing S9 whit a better screen and of course more features. It also works very well with the Samsung Watch 4. 4gadgets will be the 1st company I will consider in the future to buy my next phone.

Phone was as advertised - actually, it was slightly better than advertised as I expected a couple of very small marks but there are none I can see! Reasonable price for a refurbishment of a fairly new phone and it works as if brand new. Phone arrived quickly too, within a couple of days of ordering. I am very impressed and would definitely get a refurbished phone again from this company.
