Highly recommend. I had a couple of issues on website uploading picture, and Johnsey was extremely helpful in the chat box. Then had payment issues with PayPal at my end, spoke with Johnsey on phone and she sorted payment out. Very polite and extremely helpful. Have recieved the crystal, it's amazing, a birthday present for my son of him and his dog, he absolutely loves it. Thank you.

Johnsey gave excellent customer service. I needed to spend over £70 in one transaction to qualify for the free key chain offer. I only spent £64, then got in touch and asked if I could qualify for the offer if I purchased a base to take my total spend to over £70. Even though this involved 2 separate transactions. Johnsey replied and quickly dealt with my query. Very friendly, excellent service.
Received my order in just over 1 week from placing it. Most impressed with the beautiful finished product & the swift time of delivery especially as it was from Ontario Canada to NSW Australia. Incredible turnaround time producing the large rectangular 3D crystal I ordered to receipt of product. Impressive. Also the product itself is very cool. On one side appears 3D and the opposite side appears animated as the faces appear to follow you. This was my first submission and will be looking thru my photos for other possibles for this process.

First off.SCAM!! NEVER saw the funds come out of my account tried checking with company to see if was processed. They stated they didn’t see any orders placed.. then 1-2 days later I get a email saying it was mailed to the wrong address THE ADDRESS DOESN'T EVEN EXIST! The funds came out of account customer service through email isn’t helpful they told me to contact usps. USPS couldn’t find order. And then I got a call back from “customer service representative” and when I asked them to confirm company name.. they hung up on me. Disputed charges. It’s clear all the 5 star reviews are fake the names ain’t matching in my opinion.
I haven't received my ornament yet, but y'all were quick to get it on it's way. I've ordered from 3-D several times. I've been completely satisfied with everything.
