I purchased the 2d necklace from this place and I was not happy with how it turned out. I reached out to customer service and a person by the name of Kat assisted me. She was so helpful and advised me on which product would turn out the best in terms of the results I was looking for. I received the product yesterday - it was an ornament. She was able to send me the ornament as a replacement free of charge and also made sure it got to me quickly as I expressed it was a christmas gift. I appreciate people/companies that rectify their mistakes. 3D crystal was exceptional when it came to this. Thank you Kat!
My experience was with 3D exceeded expectations. Jason was prompt, polite, attentive and a pleasure to deal with. Shipping was as promised and received on time. Once I received my order and was able to view my heart crystal and key chain I was amazed. The heart crystal made an immediate impression . I couldn’t be happier with my experience with 3D. Dealt with asad for a diamond prestige 3d crystal and had to say what a lovely bloke as this was so special to me for my mum who is and battling cancer for him to talk me through show me the results I will receive and best options to go for he was such a great help to me with my decision and I’m happy I dealt with him huge respect thank you. We lost our 22 year old son on the 22nd July 2024. I wanted to order something special in memory of him for close family and his friends. I have been scammed before so always cautious. Melissa from customer service in Australia was very supportive and bent over backwards and gave me the best service I could possible receive. Very professional and totally trustworthy. Because I ordered a large number of 17 they had to come from overseas and they arrived within 2 weeks very well packaged and I was so very happy with the product. Highly recommend 3D Australia.

I had the pleasure to have Kat help me with my Christmas ornament. I sent her the picture of my girls' late father I wanted on the ornament with a bird and the words I am always with you. I received the 2 ornaments today, 2 days earlier then it was expected. The workmanship was outstanding and I am overwhelmed at the look of the ornaments. Not only was the picture of him captured perfectly but so was the sparkle in his eyes. My girls, his daughters will be deeply touched when they see the ornaments. I highly recommend Kat and this company to anyone looking for an outstanding gift.

The service I have been given so far (not yet paid or received the item) is outstanding. Jason has been so helpful in every aspect of the ordering, suggestions in what would look best (we lost our youngest son when he was 36) the preview of our son and the best way to display him was suggested and it looks absolutely fantastic. I will comment more when I get the Crystal.
I just received my 3D Crystal and I couldn’t be happier. The image in the crystal is exactly like the photo we gave them. The fact that it lights up and rotates is great. We love the 2 keychains. This is a wonderful way to memorialize our precious Zoey.
My wife was really happy with the candle holder. The image is impressively clear inside the crystal and it was shipped really quickly. Another great thing is being able to talk with someone prior to ordering.
I am so thrilled with my recent order from this company. I had been very worried that one of my pictures was too dark but their amazing artists “fixed” it. Best of all…no need to go last minute Xmas shopping because found perfect gifts ahead of time.
