You should be able to preview the piece before check out. I picked a simple photo so I’m not concerned (I hope) but other images it should be a standard not an added option to preview. IMO

Just easy is to order very simple
The ornament was received very quickly after ordering and it looked beautiful. Unfortunately, there was a typo that wasn't caught before it being created. The team at 3Dcrystal addressed the issue and provided a corrected product within a couple of short days. Amazing customer service and great product. I would highly recommend.
I have ordered different items over the past year and each one is beautiful capturing a cherished memory. My little grandson cried when he saw the picture of his kitty (now in heaven) captured in crystal. These make the perfect gift that will last a lifetime. I definitely will be ordering in 2025 to commemorate birthdays and graduation.
