Had some minor issues with product that was unavoidable due to stretching the picture to make it 3D. Customer service offered several options to keep me satisfied. Customer service rep was so understanding and patient with me and very helpful. I would use them again for sure!

Ease of ordering
I just received my 2d ornaments and I can barely see the image. If I put this on my christmas tree it will just look like a clear glass ornament. Not happy with the result at all!!!

I love them!! Turned out great. Wish the base was a little more sturdy. I put batteries in them and had to move them around to get the light to work right. But the crystals I got both looked great and just like the pictures.
Johnsey, I wanted to let you know that my friend has been crying all night long over the 3D crystal you helped me with. Her dog passed away recently and was very attached to her. She has not stopped calling me and telling me about all the detail and how it looks just like her. She loves the detail of her dog. She even loves the detail of the bamboo, the cushion and her paws. She downloaded my picture it looked wonderful, she helped me with everything, the easier purchase I have made so far. I have had some terrible experiences ordering on line and I am hoping this order is exactly what you advertise because it is going to my doctor and her family. I was very happy ,.when I first called the lady I spoke with was helpful. I had help in sending the photo and then johnsy got back to me and gave me clear info on different sizes and prices

Wow I got a crystal for my 13th birthday and i couldn’t be happier. I got it for my best friend Zara witch is sadly not with us anymore. It has been a few very hard weeks for me but getting this has just helped me a lot and thinking about the memories we had. But just know you guys just put a very big smile on my face and helped a 13yr old boy ALOT. You guys did an amazing job on this crystal and it will be cherished with me for ever.
