My past and present experiences with 3DCrystal.com have all been positive. My most recent transaction for a crystal family portrait was a huge disappointment when I first got it. There were crucial facial details missing and was not at all a good representation of the original picture. I reached out to the company to raise my concerns. The person who responded to my queries was Kat who was absolutely great to deal with. She displayed exceptional customer service and empathy to my problem. She listened attentively, responded promptly to my emails and created a solution to address the issue in a smooth and expedited manner. She kept me informed and updated during the whole process. The final outcome was a crystal family portrait that was truly stunning and worthy of an anniversary gift to my wife. I highly recommend them.
I thought the customer service was exceptional. I thought it would take ages to come once the order was in. I bought this for my daughter for Mother’s Day presuming it would take ages. It took 3 days. I couldn’t wait for Mother’s Day so now it’s become a gift to her and our son in law, just because I couldnt wait to show them….. It is better than expected. I love it. I could have waited for Mother’s Day which is in March but couldnt and wouldn’t have kept it from them. I received it and gave it within an hour! I, my husband, daughter and son in law are delight with the quality and beautifulness of our crystal and so grateful that with the corresponds with Johnsey we have ended up with a cherished gift all of us will love forever! As a Christmas gift, I decided to give 3Dcrystals a chance and ordered a crystal with a wedding photo of my wife and I in it. I decided to not include the background of the photo so that her and I came out nice and clear. The order shipped with fedex. The tracking information showed it made it half way to me but then became stuck and didn’t move. I reached out to both fedex (which was no help) and 3Dcrystals for help. The customer service of 3Dcrystals was very helpful! They responded right away, and filed a claim with fedex. After being told that the package was lost for good, they made another one and shipped it with DHL. When DHL delivered it I had my wife open it immediately and I was surprised to see that 3Dcrystals had not only sent another crystal with the photo I wanted in it, but they also put another keychain crystal that was part of the holiday special on the original order! The photo inside the crystal is super detailed and clear, I was amazed! The tall grass at our feet in the wedding photo came out too in such beautiful detail! My wife and I just stared in amazement at that crystal for quite some time, watching it catch the light and soaking in all of it’s amazing detail. When I was done examining it, I saw that my wife was tearing up, she loved it so much. The whole experience was made right by the team at 3Dcrystals and the quality of the crystal was well worth the wait! I would highly recommend their products to anyone interested in a unique gift idea or house decoration!
The website was easy to navigate. And I liked the option to view my chosen picture in the object before purchasing.
There was such clear communication! When i had a question all i had to do was send a quick email and had a response with in an hour. Such a good experience definitely recommend.
I haven’t received the item yet, but the website was very easy to use. It seemed like it was cheap enough, so I’m happy so far we will see what the product looks like when it gets here
Asad and Jason were able to confirm an electrical error made when connecting the unit. Even though it was admittedly a "user error", they were kind enough to provide a courtesy discount to replace an item. Service was very quick and thoughtful. Appreciate the support gentlemen!

Loved the finished product. Fast delivery and packed well. I do recommend a light base. I didn’t order it originally but now that I have the crystal I can see how the light will enhance it.
I honestly don't know how to review this company. Last year when I purchased something it was great but something has changed since then maybe with the staff? Product is excellent for sure. This time around I wanted to reorder something that I had ordered two months previous and when I stated what I wanted ordered it took so many emails for them to get it straight because they weren't reading my emails properly. I specifically stated I wanted an ornament with a particular picture from my order reordered and they kept sending me every picture but the one I started and keychains instead. Took several attempts to get the right picture and only after I sent it to them again and then they sent me the unedited version to review instead of the edited version and then they sent it FedEx which is great if they sent it to the right location because they didn't read the shipping information. So now I have it at my location instead of where I wanted it to go and they're giving me a shipping label to send it Canada Post instead of the way they originally shipped it and Canada Post is not reliable especially after the strike. I think their main problem is they were not reading things properly and it took forever to get this order correct and then they shipped it out to the wrong place
