Be careful ordering with this website,cancellation is not possible if you made a mistake.i placed an order last night around 10:30 pm ! And made a mistake and i didnt be able to cancel since they are closed and no way to cancel , 8:10 am called in to cancel my order they said their warehouse shipped it already! Its not s very convenient way of shopping.i will dispute the charge with my credit card company.Feels like they are very desperate of getting your keeping your money! *** Received a text message 3 hours after my call stating that my order is shipped!!! I will be disputing the purchase with my credit card and if they send me a prapaid return label i will send their stuff back.!!!

Loving the SORAA LEDs for the kitchen counter lights. I ordered the 25° floods, but thought i'd need the 60° floods instead. The 25° are best for prep and lighting over counters in kitchen. Will order the 60° floods for the hallway lights next. Love the look of the lights. Is there a tool to hold them in as you tighten them into the fixture, like the old hallogens had?

They shipped my order and it was marked delivered at the wrong address. I emailed them asking about my order almost a month later. They claimed it was routed back to them, because my payment didn’t go through. Fair enough, but they (in my opinion) lied about sending me an email notifying me about it. Couldn’t find a single email, not even in my spam folder. The whole tone of their email response was very cold and passive aggressive. I don’t think I’m going to buy from them ever. Why would you ship an order if it didn’t charge?

Purchased 150 feet of LED red white and blue rope lights for $234.00, opened the box and unrolled them from the spool . Found rust internally inside the bulb area in a 10" short section did not even plug them in , called the company in Mesquite ,Texas they only offered 1/2 of my money back,REALLY what kind of rip off is this ..DONT purchase anything from this company ,this could happen to you
