We placed a order for some 8 foot LED replacement bulbs. To get rid of the old Florescent bulbs and ballast. They are awesome. But we had 6 busted bulbs between two cases. My Rep Eddie Zamarripa was AWESOME and replaced them no questions asked. I sent him pictures he made it right. I will be using 1000bulbs.com again. Thank you for the great Customer Service.

Prompt and exact what we needed

On 12/31/2024 I purchaced a PLT-903425900 Lumen Max 50 watt 2’x4’ surface mount LED light fixture from 1000Bulbs.com. When I received it I connected a male receptacle end and attached it to power via extension cord. It worked, therefore, I painted the white frame black for my kitchen. Once installed in the kitchen it would not turn on. After checking all wires were hot, just in case, I changed both 3-way wall switches. It still would not work. I took the fixture down and took the cover off the back and found that the black(hot) and white(common) wires were both unattached to the bus bar. This was strange because it worked previously and the light had not been mishandled or dropped. Upon closer inspection by my electrician, the wires appeared to have not been soldered to the bus bar but merely caulked into place as there was no melted solder on the bus bar but there was melted solder on the top of the two wires, making it very easy to come loose. All other wires under the back panel were soldered well. My electrician cut and scraped away the caulk and re-soldered the wires to the bar and we installed the fixture in working condition. When I first determined the fixture was not working, previous to calling my electrician, I called and talked to Dana Hooten at 1000Bulbs who immediately assumed a defensive posture. She also stated that since I had painted the frame black they would not be able to resell it as new so they would not replace it or reimburse me. This tells me they are in the business of refurbishing defective units and reselling them as new. Apparently they are not refurbishing them professionally. My advice is to be careful who you buy things from. I believe the manufacturer of this is PremiumSpec but as I stated it appears to have been refurbished by 1000bulbs or someone else. Also, this is not an attempt at defamation as I have photos of all aspects of this. I just for over $200.00 a light should work right. Also of note: It was very hard to install. The mounting bracket is flimsy. It definitely takes two people.

Two of the bulbs I received were broken when they arrived. I would like a refund for these two broken bulbs if you would please credit my card for them. this was promptly taken care of in an effective and professional way. I did receive a refund for the 2 broken bulbs. Very satisfied

Was able to talk to the service agent who helped me make sure I ordered the right bulbs. All bulbs showed up quickly and all were accounted for.

I ordered BR30 bulbs that met all the qualifications I was looking for but they did not fit into my cans. Mind you, Phillips, Rab, Sylvania, GE, and EcoSmart all fit. I kindly asked for return shipping since they sold a product that didn't fit cans that fit every other bulb. They said no, nothing was "wrong with it". I asked them to reconsider and they eventually sent the shipping along with a snide, petty, condescending, arrogant and incredibly ignorant email. Then, they removed my 100% honest review about the bulb and my experience from their site. What awful people and what an awful company. Update: As you can see from their response, they didn't address their disgusting attitude nor did they address removing an honest review. The "description" doesn't give measurements of the changing and sudden bulge of circumference that makes the bulb unusable. They are shameless, unprofessional, and went through great lengths to be nasty.

Will never order from 1000bulbs.com again! Ordered a flush mount led downlight and the j-box mounting bracket was not correct for the clip-on tabs that were attached to the light. Yes, they will issue are refund on the item, but you are stuck paying for shipping even if the item is defective. Would have been happy to provide customer service pictures of the issue, but nope, send it back and "we will make a note to have the manufacturer issue a refund if the deem it defective". Lots of products but no oversight on quality.

Shipping was fast and lights were packed with care. It was nice to get a discount at Christmas time, just wish it were for more like 25%, especially for loyal, repeat customers,

I had a hard time finding replacement bulbs for my stove hood since I later discovered that the bulbs that it came with are illegal in California. I searched up replacements that were California compliant and this site popped up. Fast and easy checkout and arrived pretty quickly, even during the hectic holidays. The bulbs are an insane upgrade, nice and bright and makes the stove area look much cleaner.

Got the bulbs I needed, and they came quickly. The price was fair. I trust the guys at 1000bulbs! They have been around for many years.
