Quick delivery, quality product.

Shipping is high perhaps because of irresponsible packing practices. I ordered 12 Soraa MR 16 bulbs (1.5” x 1.5” x 1.5” package each) x 12. They were shipped in a box that was at least 18”x18”x18” filled with packing peanuts. Overkill on size and packing material. Smaller package saves everyone money.

Customer service is by phone only as far as I can tell. I tried to contact by chat on a Sunday and typed in my question which was apparently discarded and received no response. Shipping time was fine, but when I left a respectful, critical review (of the product, not the company) it was "moderated" and will not be published. I conclude that the reviews on the site are worthless since only positive ones are kept.

Shipping was fast and my stuff was well packaged. The order was correct and the wire, bulbs, and plugs all work great! Will definitely be a return customer.

I bought bulbs and wire to make my own C9 Christmas lights, and they were exactly as described and it was a great deal and it came very quickly.

I have been purchasing these bulbs for a few years now. Good company! The only issue I have is that I purchased 6 bulbs in 2021. The last bulb was defective. I mentioned it when I made the current purchase but was told that the bulbs were not warranteed.

The best place to find bulbs, shipping was fast but expensive for the small package.

Several of My items didn’t work and customer service was a pain to work with. They made me pay to send them back and it took weeks to reach someone. Laura Cardenas was always unreachable and not accommodating when we finally did. Very very disappointed. I am a loyal customer and have purchased from y’all for years.
