Ordered four strands of C9 lights upon arrival 2 of the strands had bulbs out. Contacted the company and they called it “customer error”. They would not pay for return shipping or refund original shipping which wasn’t cheap. They didn’t even offer replacement bulbs. Terrible company and zero quality lights. Don’t waste your time or money.

They have a good website with a lot of information and good filtering which I appreciate. However, I placed an order for 3 bulbs, all of which showed as available. After a couple days, I hadn't received any notification about the order status, and then found a one sentence email saying that two of the items were not available and they cancelled the order because it was Paypal. I assume this is some sort of Paypal policy issue - but they certainly didn't explain it. They made no effort to help me find alternatives and didn't provide information on when the bulbs would be in stock. When I spend a lot of time searching for a product like this and order it, it's very frustrating to find out it's unavailable after I've placed the order. And I would expect them to make a little more effort to help out a customer under these circumstances. One terse sentence just doesn't cut it. I spent a couple more hours on their site looking for alternatives and just placed another order. We'll see how this one goes. Update 11/30/22: I placed another order with about 8 items. All showed as available on the site. After 4 days, there was no email indicating the order was shipping and nothing on the web site showing order status. I wrote to customer service and was told the order was being held because 2 items were out of stock and not expected for over a week. So - once again, availability info on website is wrong, they don't notify you after processing your order that items are out of stock, they don't notify you that your order will be held, and they don't do what most companies do which is ship you the rest of the order right away and ship the other items when they come in. I won't be placing any more orders there.

Have used them since 2008 from the early efficient CF bulbs to the now even more efficient LED. They have a fantastic website that covers color temperature, what it means and the lumens brightness. A HUGE HELP when buying bulbs that will match the look of what you are currently using. Shipping and order fulfillment also top notch. Just bought 10 LED bulbs that match what I have, will probably last longer than me!

I have used them a few times and they are great. They have the items I need to deck my house in Christmas lights. Shipping was a bit slow, but that may have been due to the time of day on my order.

liked shopping 1000 bulbs the only thing i didn't like was the shipping charges maybe you should try flat rate shipping on small orders
