Bulbs arrived well packaged and quickly. This was a really hard bulb to find and so much cheaper than the mega river named online store offered it😀! Will use again.
The shipping was very fast. So far I have replaced 17 out of my 25 florescent bulbs and the ballasts with these and not one failure. They are instant on and the 4000K is very bright.
I have used 1000 bulbs for a few years and just recently had my first issue where I had to contact customer support. They responded very quickly and helped resolve my issue timely. 1000bulbs provide quality products at a competitive cost with excellent customer service.

Shipping charges outrageous!
We ordered 8 foot lamps which are a logistical nightmare to begin with. Naturally we had breakage. The customer service that we received with this order was over the top! We were taken care of at every turn and the response was immediate. We appreciated the way they took care of us and will be going back to them for our lighting needs.
Do NOT buy anything through their international shipping partner, iGlobal. I placed a $550 order to be shipped to Mexico after confirming that parts were in stock. I paid $350 for 4-7 day UPS "expedited shipping" on Feb 7. When I contacted them on Feb 24 to ask where the order was and will they adjust the shipping charges because the order was not expedited, iGlobals quick response was: "We're sorry but your 1000Bulbs.com order for 1186.54 has been cancelled. Funds have been released and credited back to your account. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused." After going into an endless phone loop with iGlobal, I called 1000bulbs and they could not help, but I did confirm that most of the parts (the ones that I really need) are in stock. Meanwhile, I have a building project that is now without the parts that it was designed for and can not be completed til I find another company that will ship them to Mexico. 1000bulbs needs to rethink their relationship with iGlobal since they put their reputation in iGlobal's hands and can not even access an order with their international shipping partner. Unless I am surprised and this situation is made right, I will probably never use them again and I would certainly not use iGlobal for anything in the future and you should probably avoid them, too.
Ordered 10 power cords. Only 8 worked. Customer service ignored request for replacement. I will find another supplier for my business.
I've started doing business in 2018 with a gentleman named Alex, he ended up leaving and I got a few other agents that aren't worth anyone's time. If they don't know what they are selling they shouldn't be selling and wasting the professionals time. Seriously sour with 1000bulbs, when I first started they were amazing but over the past few years their knowledge and understanding of the product has drastically declined along with crushing clients through shipping charges. Excellent inventory, excellent marketing but execution of the sale is ridiculous. Don't get to big and forget how you got there!!!!
Do not buy from this website. I bought the wrong track lighting and it did not work. They do not provide free shipping return labels. With the cost of shipping, you could possibly spend more on returning the product than the actual product you bought. Do yoursef a favor and do Amazon
I purchased what looked to be a great idea for storing a Christmas tree, a bag with handles & rollers on the end. The bag I purchased was for a 6-9 ft tree so should be perfect for my 7.5 ft tree. Web site touted a 6 season warranty when the order was placed. Despite packing as carefully as possible & following their directions on where to put each piece, the end of the tree tore a hole in the bag. In addition to placing the end of the tree on the bottom plastic piece of the bag as directed, I wrapped it with a heavy medical wrap since the edge is sharp & I was beginning to realize that without structure, things would shift. When pulling it out of the closet last month, I immediately noticed it had ripped the bag so I called for warranty. I was told the warranty was actually only 3 seasons. Not when I placed the order though & I made careful notes. Ok, but it didn't even make it through the first season. Then I was told that 3 seasons is a 90 day warranty. Really? In whose world? I will throw this $40 item in the trash but don't waste your money! What seemed like a good idea was not since these trees are heavy & shift, my bad for sure. But the advertising was more than just misleading, it was false. Lesson learned!
A Joke of a company! They are just a middle man who lack any real customer service and are totally incompetent when it comes to lighting knowledge. When they make a mistake they wont own up to it or make it right. BUYER BEWARE
Purchased 150 foot rope lights less than a year ago. They already went bad. They were not going to replace them because the manufacturer does NOT warrant their materials. After I pressed them to give me the manufacturers name they called back and said they would replace a small section. Again, I pressed on and they finally agreed to send the whole rope kit. After several more hours they called and asked if they could charge my card because the manufacturer's warranty only covers the materials. Their whole story was made up? Not a very customer service oriented company. They could learn a lot from Amazon - if they are open minded and want to get better.. Miserable process.....
We ordered 3 bulbs from this company. They were very expensive, 3200 Lumens.....supposed to last 50,000 hours....well one of the bulbs burnt out after only 3 months....The company agreed to replace it, they agreed that it was defective ( after my electrician had to prove it was a compatible with my fixture) But they will not ship it to me unless I pay $12 for shipping. Outrageous! Never use this company! They may say they stand by their products, but they do not!
I ordered four bulbs last week and had one go out I spoke with customer service and they replace the bulb hassle free and free of charge customer service was easy to talk to I definitely recommend 1000 bulbs their products work great and if they don’t they replace them as fast as possible!
I was about to use another company to complete my outdoor lighting project, but when I got a recommendation off a YouTube tutorial, I checked out 1000Bulbs.com. It actually saved me about $150. The lights look great, but had a problem with the dimmer on the LED light strip. I was working directly with Carolanne and she did everything to help me figure it out. She sent me a replacement unit quickly, and when that didn't solve the issue, they setup my exact equipment in their warehouse to troubleshoot. In the end, the item I ordered wasn't compatible, so she promptly issued me a refund. The continued back and forth wasn't great to figure it out, but the effort on her part was fantastic! I would certainly use them again for my other projects.
My order was prompt and priced well, there was some damage but it was resolved and corrected within days much to my satisfaction.Customer service was friendly, and extremely helpful. I am a facility manager and would recommend 1000Bulbs anytime.
My order didn't ship for two weeks. When I called customer service the representative was unapologetic, stating they are upgrading and relocating their warehouse because of their growth. The rep looked in the system and said there was no issues showing and everything was in inventory. He said the best he could do is put a note on the order and add it to their "must ship" list. Glad I called in or.... my order would have just waited for more than two weeks without any sense of urgency? When I asked if it was normal for them to delay shipment for two weeks without alerting its customers he just brushed it off and said it wasn't a big deal. Poor communication, high shipping costs. This rep's attitude was beyond irritating. A simple APOLOGY instead of a defensive posture would have been all he had to do. Instead I'll never order again from my personal account (8x orders) or newer business account (1x order).
