I paid $58 for a bulb that only lasted 2 months. The box the bulb came in was clearly marked with a one warranty, when I contacted them they told they do not honor the warranty. This place is a rip off , don't waste your money !

Ordered bulbs 2 years ago. 40 of them to be exact. over 10 of them is blown. Worthless customer service.

Consumers would be hard pressed not to be impressed by the wide array of lighting products available from 1000Bulbs. That said: Their shipping is exorbitant. Their preferred shipper appears to be FedEx, who is notorious for bungled on-time deliveries. I placed an order with 1000Bulbs on 4/22/21, all good. Per FedEx, the order was to be received 4/26/21. Not to be, SHOULD I receive per FedEx's unreliable scheduling advice, it will be 16 days from date order was place. 1000Bulbs does not stand by their customers, their attitude appears to be "out of our purvue, it's your problem now." There are a myriad of choices out there, I'll henceforth be exercising these options and alternatives. Amazon set the bar for on-time and timely delivery-we all know that. 1000Bulbs has a long way to go to demonstrate customer care.

If I could give a 0 Star that's what I would give 1000 Bulbs. My order did not show up. Cant get worse than that!! RUN!!!!

I ordered a LED Driver per their customer service telling me it was a correct replacement for the one in the light. I got it, wired it to the light and turned on the electricity. Nothing. I questioned their customer service about two wires that are for dimming that were not connected. I didn't want to blow up the driver before I got some kind of advice. What I asked is if those two wires should be connected to the + & - at the light. The answer I got from their customer service was "get an electrician". Great customer service.

Ordered a 90Watt equivalent narrow flood light for my flag pole. Received a 75Watt with far fewer lumens. The customer service rep stated that it was probably an incorrect description on the website. Whether it is or isn't is not my problem. I was asked to text a photo of the bulb box, which I did. Apparently, they have to get approval from another dept to issue a return label. And then there is the issue of the $16+ shipping I paid for. Usually these things are resolved immediately if it was a company mistake. Am very disappointed.

1000bulbs.com UNSATISFACTORY AND OVERPRICED SHIPPING I ordered "KLUS" aluminum profile, the order total was about $1700. The shipping for the order was $750. and there was ZERO packing material in the box. Aluminum profile banging around in a box together causes scratches and scuffs. In contrast I ordered "KLUS" from another company (there are only 3 distributers in the US) and the order arrived packed with bubble wrap with added cardboard support so the long 6' box would not bend. the shipping total was just over $100 and arrived faster that my order form 1000bulbs.com ORDER #12001115

I gave them one star because I could not give them a ZERO! Horrible customer service for sending incorrect bulbs that THEIR sales rep recommended I purchase. Cost me shipping on an item that was not correct. They are supposed to be bulb experts. I will NEVER purchase from this company again. There are too many other bulb vendors on the internet who will treat me better and with more respect.

I placed a order for 12v led bulbs for my camper. I then placed my order after reading the description of the bulbs, the description plainly said "case quantity 50". I know any online shopping customers always look through the description to make sure what their ordering is what their getting. I payed $22.95 plus shipping of almost $14.00 for a single LED bulb, I didn't receive what the description says. I'm sure any customer that reads the description is going to see it as it reads. I called customer service and got nothing but a throw around of how it states $22.95ea, so when the description says case quantity 50, I was assuming that was for the case, and not one single bulb. Very disappointed with this purchase, and customer service did nothing to resolve it.

Beware!!!...Horrific customer service. They act as if they are supreme and I (customer) am here for them instead of that they are here for the customer...no customer, no business. My first order was not what I asked for. My return was was just a couple days late. I explained our family has two nurses in two different states and both were ill due to covid. We were traveling back and forth to help with their families. Each trip out of state and back required tests, air fare and other costs. I gave another order. The rude customer service representative said she would give a message to someone for credit on the first order. I was given an extension on the return without having to pay a restocking fee or return postage but our family demands did not fall within the short return time frame. The second order was again not what I wanted. I called again and left a message(for Michelle), twice. The calls were not returned. So now I have two orders I don't need. The cost of these orders were minuscule compared to family expenses traveling to different states and complying with Covid guidelines. I gave up, they were too insensitive and aggravating. I have two orders of light bulbs I don't need and they could care less. They made their money. Needless to say after they gave me the "business" I will not be giving them my business again. I did not dispute the charges with my credit card because I did not follow, exactly, their return policy regardless of the reason. The small amount of money is just not worth it compared to what we are already going through. The worst business I have ever dealt with....Beware!!! Other reviewers do not seem that they also are not pleased with their 1000Bulbs business attitude as well....Beware!!! .... Shop around. Ask a local electrician for their thoughts. That is what I did. We learned that other details that have been taken for granted need to be specifically covered to avoid needless headaches....Did I mention they are Horrific!!!

I ordered some light bulbs and got some that were incorrect. i called to let them know and the guy right away ordered the right ones. he said i had to fill out a form that was going to be sent to me. well, got wrong bulbs again and no form. now i read i will have to pay 20 percent to restock items and also pay for shipping. PLEASE! stay away they are scammers.

Ordered bulbs. N paid. They then said they sold out. So they took my money for what they dont have. Yet lied about refund. Had to dispute with bank. There a scam. Stay away

What a joke of a company! I purchased 2 light bulbs that cost $3.10 all together and then after I placed my order it added $16.00 for shipping and $1.00 for taxes. Unfortunately they were not the right bulbs so I wanted to send it back. Customer service does not inform you on the phone instead you have to wait two hours for an email and as you read the email it states you have to pay for your own return fees as well as your shipping and handling they take out originally is also non refundable.

Will never order from this company again. I put in the bulbs I needed into there keyword search and one type of bulb showed up which was what I bought. They come in the mail only to be too short of the bulb I need. When I reached out to customer service they said those measurements were in the specs and it was not there error so if I wanted to return the items I would still have to pay my original shipping (almost $16) which was a RIP off for 10 bulbs and pay the additional return shipping. This company is a scam. Will make sure my companies never order from this place again.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING customer support. Allison Madden was the representative that answered my call. She was AMAZING! I run a company that depends on good sales people. Not only having product education and a polite disposition, Allison shared personality and a concern for my needs. She was patient and offered suggestions that were not just whats "good for her" suggestions. It doesn't happen often but she really made me want to reach out to your company and let you know how lucky you are to have such an amazing employee. I hope you will pass on my compliment as it is often we have to share negativity with employees but she deserves to hear how positive she made my first experience with your company. I'll will shop with her again.

We ordered lights and nets for Christmas and we are very happy with the quality! Great, sturdy wiring and beautiful colors. The customer service is beyond amazing! Had a slight issue with one of the lights and they went above and beyond to make it right with quick communication. Will only be buying lights from here now!

I wanted to thank you and your company again for standing behind your product so well. The covers arrived on Saturday and I was able to use them with three brothers, ages 5 - 11, that I am mentoring in my neighborhood. They enjoyed attaching the plugs to the lighted houses on the electric train platform we are building. This brought them great joy and happiness. It also pleased their parents who are working 5 jobs between the two of them to make ends meet in these uncertain times and are worried about their sons. Working with your team was such a pleasure, especially when you consider I took an I -phone to the national store for repairs covered under warranty and somewhere between that store and the cell phone manufacturer it got lost. Unfortunately, store and the manufacturer couldn't care less and just keep saying it will show up. This has been going on for over a month. When you consider the cost of a cell phone versus those plugs and how your company responded so quickly, it speaks volumes of the integrity of your company and the people working there.

When I found the site I was very well pleased-I was able to find what I needed..When I received my item it wasn't the color I was looking for..I called and was speaking to one of the customer representative's..I was told that there was NO REFUNDS and that I Couldn't Send them back..I'm NOT HAPPY with their Representatives!!!!!She had NO RIGHT IN TELLING ME THIS!!!! So I've done my best to make them work anyway..Merry Christmas to Me..Thank You 1000 Bulbs-I'll Never forget my SERVICE...
