My Second order from 1000Bulbs and in first one the lights were neatly and safely boxed up. Second order the lights were just placed in a zip lock bag and bag placed in a box a peanuts. Didn't like the shopping method.

100% unresponsive. I'm a local buyer and no longer have access in my area to the kinds of lighting we need, so I was very excited to find this business. I left voicemail and email and zero people got back to me. I've now lost the entire window I had to do the buying, waiting for them to respond. Very disappointed and sorry to see that a company in my old stomping grounds is not being a good steward of the people who want to work with a homegrown company.

I returned 7 light bulbs for credit. You acknowledged that you received the bulbs. My credit card company is asking for proof that you received them so that I can receive the credit. Your company has refused to provide me with written proof that you received the bulbs. Please provide me a way to get my money back. The person with whom I spoke said that is impossible. Really? Lights arrived much earlier than expected which was great, as my wife wanted them for Christmas decorations. So far they are working great and seem to be of high quality. 12

Shipping was expensive, but was still less than the same product would have cost me at the hardware store, and the hardware store didn't have the product in stock. 1000BULBS.COM knows how to package light bulbs. I've never had a broken bulb from them, unlike bulbs I bought on Amazon.
