Order delivered and boxed so they came to me without any issues. Product worked as described. I bought 30 fluorescent light off bulbs for my garage and they seem to work just fine.

Knowledgeable, patient client service. I ended up with two different bulbs to try in my range hood. They worked great. Much better than the bulbs that came with the hood - which never worked properly.
Do bulbs ever come in? They changed delivery date 4 times in a month, every time I call in, the date changes. They say bulbs come from China in a container ship. Yes and every container is traceable, what ship, where the ship is etc. What they tell you is, you have a sales rep, they can only look in their computer system, it says when things will come in. And we will let you know it’s been delayed. Not once did they let me know about a delay. I called in 4 times. Oh it’s delayed to next week or sometime before my death. I added the last part.
