I was looking for womens apple green torhill bee shoes in clarks and they were out of stock. I googled and found a pair in my size at Schuh. I have never ordered with them before so I looked up the reviews. They were mixed, there were some positive reviews but mostly negative. I decided to risk it and ordered them. I am so glad I did, I love them and they fit perfectly. I ordered over Easter weekend and they came today delivered by FedEx. I could have had them earlier but I changed delivery date with FedEx. FedEx kept me upto date and gave me a time slot. They were delivered by a pleasant delivery driver. Everything was seamless from ordering to delivery. I would most definately order again with Schuh.
As always, Teresa delivered the best customer service and clear communications on orders.

Box of item was damaged. It’s a gift which therefore can’t be given as gifts shouldn’t be in damaged package. They refused to agree to a free return and replacement or refund. They accepted it was damaged but stated they don’t accept returns in such situations. This is contrary to Consumer Rights Act but not worth my time to pursue it. Only use this company if you don’t mind that the package may be damaged. (Date of incident provided below is an approximate.)
I still haven't received my money back after 20 days. Na 20 dagen nog steeds mijn geld niet terug gekregen.
They were able to find an obsolete power supply for my computer and shipped it from overseas. They kept me informed via email of what was happening; a very personal touch. Very satisfied with the service and the product.
