Fantastisk kompetent og serviceminded personale! Jeg har fået den bedste service og de bedste løbesko. Jeg havde købt et par lækre løbesko, som desværre begyndte at gnave efter nogle måneders brug. Jeg fik kyndig vejledning, samt noget jeg kunne prøve, og da det ikke virkede kom jeg retur og Mark havde allerede talt med producenten og havde en alternativ løbesko klar. Den var løste problemet og de byttede kvit og frit og tog sig selv af reklamationen overfor producenten. Det skal siges at skoene ikke fejlede noget, jeg har bare en fladere fod end normalt, hvilket gjorde at de første sko ikke fungerede. Jeg blev kyndigt vejledt og hjulpet hele vejen😊
Der Aufpreis für die Lieferung incl. Entsorgung der Altmaschine war sehr angemessen. Der Liefertermin wurde um 22.00 Uhr am Vorabend auf 4 Stunden eingegrenzt und morgens um 6.00 Uhr auf 1 Stunde eingegrenzt. Die Lieferung erfolgte dann auch pünktlich. Obwohl ich im 4. Stock wohne (ohne Aufzug) waren die Angestellten der Lieferfirma sehr nett und freundlich. Besser hätte es kaum laufen können.
