Best I ever had

Confusing very confusing unless I'm just dumb lol

We have other related services and were not satisfied. Either poor customer service, unrealistic fees or their software platform didn't perform as expected. With Zoolz we have just the opposite. The platform is easy to use and works as advertised. If we have any questions, the staff has always replied back that same day. As for pricing, well just say we paid 10x more for similar services. We have been so greatly impressed that we also strongly recommend Zoolz backup platform to our membership (NationalLiveScan.org). Thank you Zoolz, with a special "shout out" to Ariel Green. I signed up for the 2 TB (1 TB cold + 1 TB Hot) plan: I thought I had found a great deal on Black Friday deals 2017. That was, till I read some of the reviews about speed, performance and also customer service. And of course the not so popular Zoolz policy of accessing metadata from the files. First of all, I use this site for backing up audio files for my podcast and related images, documents, etc. So the metadata issue was not really a concern. Speed is great- for backup, I get minimum 10 Mbps upload speeds, for the vault (hot storage) around the same. I have not tried a full backup yet- my Macbook Pro has a measly 128 GB SSD - but the d/l speed was between 6 and 8 Mbps during business hours on a multi user wifi network. So far, I have also uploaded and shared media files, and no complaints so far from anyone: they are able to access password-protected files and download 250 MB plus videos without any trouble. Haven't tried anything larger than this size so far. Added later: I have uploaded several files ranging from 1.8 GB- 2 + GB, uploads took about 20 minutes, no interruptions. I do not have any experiences to share with customer service because i haven't contacted them so far. I had earlier subscribed to the 100 GB Free plan, and I am glad that I signed up for the paid version- a month later, still happy with my decision. Note: Giving Zoolz 4 stars and not 5 for two reasons: smartphone app is read-only, which is unfortunate. Secondly, the web interface is not very refined. Ability to rename, move files across folders is missing.
