Delivery is always on time, print quality is good, prices are OK (we are professional printers and use WTTB for jobs we can't do on or machinery or fit into our workflow - so a bit more profit wiggle room would be welcome). Initially, I could not get the print files to upload, so I used your back-up transfer portal, as recommended on your help page. Clearly this was not picked up and so i had to chase the order which was still showing as awaiting artwork. But your helpline then dealt with this very quickly, and the order was received by me within a few days. So I was really impressed at the way you dealt with this in the end.

After an issue with an order, Kayleigh went above and beyond to sort out my problem. I always think that how a company deals with problems gives a true insight into their customer service and Kayleigh helped me at every stage and always kept me up to date.
I needed to have x3 award blocks made for awards made by our small charity at a national awards event.
