Colours were dull and lifeless in comparison to professional photos with the booklet. Booklets could not be used had to be thrown away. When complained the customer service was very poor and refund/reprint was not approved. Total waste of money
Good quality business cards, colour was good and they were exactly how I wanted them. One reduced star because you have to order and pay before you upload the art work, so if you're like me,and not good at that it can be stesssful as you can't see a preview before paying. Luckily I have 21yr old who helped.
We order a lot of print from WTTB – flyers, leaflets, posters, greetings cards, booklets, roller banners and whatever else. Quality of print and service is always high with jobs delivered on time and as promised the overwhelming majority of the time. Inevitably, on occasion, something won't quite go to plan but the reassurance is that issues are sorted quickly and with minimal inconvenience. Fantastic supplier and one I'd highly recommend (thank you to the customer service team, not least Charlotte who has dealt with a recent order)

I have worked with many print companies over the years and this is up there with the best! Their systems are straight forward and have relatively few glitches. The customer service is excellent - when I have had any queries it is so great to be able to ring the customer service team and get to speak to a real human who knows what they're talking about every time! They have always been on time if not early with delivery of the products and the products themselves have always been decent quality. And, crucially, their prices are always very competitive.
