Sometimes getting a problem solved tells you more about a compnay than when they get it right.. in my humble opinion. Dionne was fantastic when i had a problem with an order and got it sorted out as quickly as humanly possible and kept me informaed all the way. I really appreciate that, thank you.

I've been using WTTB for years now and can't fault them. On this occasion there was a production error with my wrapping paper meaning it hadn't been trimmed correctly but upon emailing customer service Dionne was exceptional - organising a re-print and also upgraded my delivery so I could meet my deadline. Always wonderful when an issue is resolved quickly and feels stress-free!

Easy smooth transaction. Seeking advise from customer service team before placing an order was easy and they very helpful. Set up guides take a little thinking about for this job as it was a 52 page saddle stitch booklet where the cover is a little different to the inner when it comes to printing. Small snag was that the order was dispatched on the Saturday and attempted delivery was made on the Sunday. We work Monday to Friday and did not know it was shipped (direct to client). As the delivery was attempted and failed, there back up was to deliver to the nearest post office. This York post office is in a pedestrianised zone with strict vehicle times. 2 attempts were made before being collected.

This company have some great products but their communication is awful, i have emailed their sales@ and support@ emails 3 times and not had a response for 6 days now. I want to place an order but just need a answer to a question i have. It is making me consider if your not the best company to use.

Had a problem with an order becasue of the couriers but Dionne in support sorted the problem very quickly. Very satisfied.

Turned a disaster into a miracle! Excellent customer service. We had another supplier let us down twice and we reached out to WTTB who helped us no problem, was able to deliver 2 days before the event with excellent results!

initially this was a 1 star rating.. But WTTB sorted the issue and resolved it.. It’s not a sign of a bad company if they mess up, it’s a sign of a good one of they put it right.
