After realisng the delivery was incorrect, WTTB customer service changed the address and made sure DPD got the items there next on a pre-noon as well. Highly recommend WTTB for their pricing, quality and exceptional customer service.

Great service , helpful customer service, good quality products

Initially I had a technical hitch, which customer service didn't really appreciate. Once I'd sorted it, all was well and the final product was excellent. WTTB made up for lost time by giving an extra quota of books for free - for which many thanks.

Poor quality cards, Couldn’t even be bothered to read though the emails. I have provided numerous emails with details of the issue including sending a couple of cards by post so you can check. Also sent as attachements to one of the emails as requested. And yet even here you are not dealign with th epoor qulity cards and talking about pdf files. Ialso sent an email stasting I want to complain to the CEO but no o0ne bothered to respond. I dont think i will buy anything from you again basind o nthe experiave so fsr.

My roller banner arrived damaged, but useable. I used the online chat and emailed them and had a really positive experience, the team couldn't do enough to help me and resolve my issue.

I sent the art work within the guidelines and bleed. I pay the £10 to have it proofed. No contact after trying repeatedly. Promised delivery in the the frame but arrived late, some dirt marks on the inside covers, completely off centre. Absolute Fail. Now can't get through to customer service. Great.

A measure of a companies standing is how a problem is resolved. There was a minor flaw on some printed card. This was swiftly rectified, with no arguments etc. Full marks. J

I was struggling with the format called custom services and Patrick went above and beyond to ensure that everything was delivered to me before the estimated delivery date. Unfortunately the order was sent out wrong I called customer services and the following day the next order of services were delivered to me in the correct order. This is not the first time I have ordered from them but will also not be the last. Amazing quality and an amazing service.

Awesome customer service! Had a few issues with my artwork which caused delays to production for an urgent print job I had placed. I spoke to 2-3 different people in customer service who were extremely helpful and managed to get my items printed and delivered to me in time for my exhibition. I ordered 100 Order of Service booklets for my Son's Wedding, just a week before the wedding. The staff were fantastic in helping (especially Michelle and Natalie) and the website gave a lot of detail on how to layout the booklet, what font to use etc. The staff were helpful in keeping me up to date with how the booklet was progressing and it arrrived on the promised date (2 days before the wedding!!). The booklet looked really professional and I would definately recommend this company.
