This company is amazing! I've been having trouble with printers for our magazine for years and I don't know why I didn't find WTTB sooner! I put through an express order and paid extra for this. The designers had a question about the artwork, unfortunately this meant that the dispatch date was pushed over to the next day which meant my order wouldn't arrive in time for the event I needed them for. I explained this to the customer services team and they spoke to the production team who made sure it got to me in time for the event! Excellent customer service! The quality of the print is a million times better than what I had before at Mixam (never use them!) as well as the customer service, and the prices are so much more reasonable! I highly recommend WTTB! You've saved one of the last printed wedding magazines in the UK from being forced to switch to digital and I'm super grateful! Thank you so much!

Terrible ordering process and condescending customer support

I'd used WTTB in the past for some personal projects and based on that experience, chose them to do the print work for an exhibition our company was attending in Germany last month. Excellent print work and fast turnaround. Any issues or delays were communicated and dealt with promptly. Customer service is a pleasure to deal with. The website is straightforward and easy to use. Won't hesitate to use them again in the future and highly recommend them!

Order 525270 Seems to have no quality control checks before print is dispatched. Ordered business cards with one rounded corner. All came square cut. Cards were scratched and silver foil to text was missing on many of the cards. Print on back of card was not square or centred. A great business card spoilt by poor quality control. Both Patrick and Rob in sales support were great. Helpful, quick to accept the quality issues. Offered a reprint asap, shame they are let down by print and finishing.

Called to check delivery times as I was on a tight deadline. Was assured twice (I called twice to check!) that delivery would be made on the morning agreed. However this didn't happen. No one contacted me to explain (despite being told he would personally keep an eye on our order) Apparently there had been a delay at the print plant - had I not called I wouldn't have been told, and ended up having to make a special trip to pick them up or we wouldn't have the printing we needed in time.

I ordered some foamex banners from this site on Thursday, and they were printed and delivered the next day, which was earlier than expected...always a good thing! The staff were also really helpful when I had a question about the artwork. I will definitely be using this site again.

I ordered flyers, a3 posters and a1 posters - the first 2 no problem. The a1 posters arrived damaged after not being put into their tube enough so the lid being added ruined them. They were very quick to replace them, however the replacements were sent in an even smaller tube and arrived in a worse state than the first ones. The prints themselves, great. The stuff that didn’t arrived damaged, perfect. However as an experience I’d be concerned about future purchases of large print work. I complained about the new prints they sent, got nothing in reply!

Super Customer Service Had an issue with delivery (not WTTB fault) and they swiftly managed it and reprinted the items and had them delivered to a different address. Thanks to Michelle on the CS team for sorting

I've used WTTB for over 4 years now - amazing - first class print and service.

Exceptional service delivery. I don't even know where to start!! God ALWAYS WORKS in mysterious ways because I only got to know about WTTB a day or two before I started on this project. Michelle, Jordan and ...... (forgot her name) who answered the phone were very helpful. We lost one day trying to submit the design in the required format but by God's grace, the pamphlets were delivered the day before the event.

I had a few issues trying to get some art work over (my fault) and the team were really great at assisting me and getting the order sent to be with us at short notice. Jordan was especially great! Highly recommend.
