Everything that has been written regarding this business is true. I did not receive item as describe. I was charged twice without my permission. I cannot get a hold of anyone to resolve this matter. I did not receive the item as pictured on their website. I have advised Paypal of this matter and they will be investigating the company

Terrible! I was charged twice and can't get hold of anyone. Several phone numbers are shown as Wrapango's but none works! This company seems to be close to scam.

I ordered a camera and the sim card is stuck. The merchandise is defective. You can't even understand the instructions they send. I'm trying to get an address to ship it back to for a refund. They will not tell me. They want me to take a video and then we can discuss the camera. What???? I want a refund for defective merchandise. Horrible company and I will now expose them.

I would give them a 0 if I could. Didn’t get my item and won’t let me get my money back.

Bought hydroseeding kit. Arrived missing parts and essential pieces of the kit. Was supposed to come with grass seed. Did not. This company is a joke and I am out $200 on a lawn kit. Their site looks legit, but don't fall for the reviews there!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. This is my first review on anything, to bad it has to be a bad one. I really wanted this to work. I put it in my kitchen and family room and I then moved it to my patio slider NOTHING. Its a piece of crap. I have emailing back and forth to return it and get a refund, but to no avail. There is no phone contact. Now they want a short video and picture of the unit which I am sending today. I will update

Took well over a month for delivery and the knee pads and foot cleansing pads arrived in plastic bags and not in their advertised boxes so how do I know it is what I ordered and not cheap crap. I'm not even going to use them. Highly highly disappointed and will never order from Wrapango again. I have come back to this review to add to it: What is going on?? I provided this review on 2nd September 2022 and I just received a response from Wrapango today 24th May 2023 8mths after the fact and they are asking me to provide the info on my order so they can investigate WTH (heck) says it all.

The fungal nail solution was a cheap item from China, it did not contain any of the ingredients that the ad said it did. Total scam. Also the reviews on the site appear to be fake....every item they sell has nothing but stellar reviews and each item has approximately the same number of reviews? Whassup with that?

They are a FRAUD COMPANY!! THEY TRIED 6 TIMES IN 24 HOURS TO FRAUDLY CHARGE MY CHECKING ACCOUNT! WATCH YOUR ACCOUNTS CLOSELY!! AND I HAD NEVER ORDERED FROM THEM! HAD TO GET A NRW DEBIT CARD!!!

Wrapango sells CHEAP products. I've ordered Detox Foot Patches TWICE in the past from another Company and they were QUALITY Products. Wrapango uses another Company Logo and Information ILLEGALLY to promote their product. Wrapango's product is horrible ~ NOT ~ at all like the Quality product I have had in the past. CAN NOT RECOMMEND anyone to WASTE their Money with Wrapango Products

Do not order from this company . You will get 2or 3 email stating that it’s delayed. Because it’s on a slow boat from China!! . Tried to cancel this order 10 minutes after I ordered it they said it was too late it been processed . That’s just a lie to get your money will take forever to get a refund if it all “stay away” from here don’t order anything ! It’s a scam

Ordered than you get to see a tracker that shows it was sent from China coming to usa lol. Then a month later several emails later . USPS number that upon calling usps they will not say where that tracking number delivers . Then wrapango says it was delivered lol. I ordered another from Amazon. Much more secure way. Had my product in 2 days . Be aware of wrapango. It’s been 2 months. I’m sure I lost my $30 order. Can’t imagine how many others they have their evil plan. Hope this helps someone…..

They advertise one product, but y have a different cheap version. Almost impossible go get refund. Long shipment almost over 2 weeks.

I totally loved these foot patches! I felt the effect immediately after using them! They improved my sleep which helped me be in great mood the entire day! Absolutely recommended!

Despite sending several emails. I have not received my parcel nor received a refund. Very disappointed 😞 I have been very patient but it not get any response from the company.

I bought Dental Calculus Removal from Wrapango but it did not remove even a single piece from teeth. Calculus remover is not genuine even. It is like a toy. I don think that it is a company because they claim that they are EU based seller but they dispatched my product from Chaina. I asked to return it but they told me that I have to pay for postage. Not happy at all.

Received a faulty product from these sellers. It looked like a used product. The whole bottom charging unit was missing, the metal instrument that’s used on teeth was falling out and it didn’t have a protective cover on it. and to top it off it was very weak at full charge. I could tell the difference because I bought one 5 month prior. I contacted them and I received a notification of a replacement shipment shortly after. I contacted them and told them I didn’t want a replacement but a refund. So they asked me to send photos and a video to them. I did and I didn’t hear anything back until I opened a case with PayPal. I then received a reply from them saying they couldn’t refund me unless I close the PayPal case. PayPal told me NOT to refund until after Ive received a refund. I told them but they insisted that that won’t refund until I close it so I escalated it to a claim. The word that comes to mind is BLACKMAIL! Then I received a new shipment notification. Again I told them to cancel it and that I want a refund. At this point I telephoned PayPal and explained and they reassured me not to worry. They only replied once since I initially opened the case with PayPal by today I receiving a notification to now send the item back overseas with tracking or cancel the claim. They never asked for it back before so naturally it was out of spite thinking I won’t send it back because it was free worldwide shipping to me but they expect me to send an item in such an disgraceful state? I spoke with PayPal again today after receiving this and they assured me I can get my return postage costs back along with my original refund. I’m going to take further action outside of PayPal because sending an electronic item for oral hygiene and receiving it unsealed with no cover completely unhygienic during a pandemic has me concerned. So I’m reporting this company. I’m getting it tested and taking it up with trading standards. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMER! If something is faulty on their part, then they should ask the customer to throw it away or immediately refund them after receiving pictures and a video, knowing it was sent to me in an appalling condition.
