I ordered the infrared solar powered animal pest repellers.. Which stated there’s 100% moneyback guarantee no questions asked I paid $187 and they returned $87.92, also had to pay $11 to return.. I had to threaten lawyers multiple emails..the units did absolutely nothing to keep animals away from vegetation… I would never order anything from these people again… they are not honest

I don't even want to give 1 star, bad products, a curling, flat iron sent to me broken and its been a nightmare with them. They sent me a refund when I disputed with my bank and then they the company reversed it. Now I'm in contact with the BBC and they lied and said they refunded me.....but they took it back. Scam.

This company is a total scam!!! I bought three devices that were supposed to send a sound in the yard at a frequency that was not audible but deterred pests. First off, it makes high pitched noise every time the motion sensor goes on. Secondly, it does nothing to deter pests. I have more squirrels,rabbits, chipmunks than ever and now a wood chuck has join the crew. When I tried to return, they ask for a video. I sent a video. They said great, it is working fine!! How can they tell? There were no animals in site. When I finally got return instructions, they said to return it in the original packaging in 'new condition'. Also, they want you to send it back to Bulgaria. Will be reporting to the better business bureau and will warn as many people as I can about this unscrupulous business.

I purchased these in order to keep the dogs out of my flower beds. They make a small shrill noise, which attracted the dogs. They chewed one of them up within 1 hour. To return these you have to provide a video or photo. So I am supposed to allow the dogs to get back into the flowerbed to tear up another in order to send a video? Customer service is horrible. DO NOT PURCHASE THESE. 1. They do not work. 2. You cannot return

This company is a straight theft and unethical. Do not buy any product from them. I purchased 5 set of insects repellent and it is a joke. I have a few roaches coming from the neighbors apartment from the vent and I thought if I put all 5 set in the kitchen where I saw one crawling that would solve the problem. Roaches was walking around the device. I contacted customer service for a return and they Wanted me to record and try to catch roaches walking the device and I did that sent it to them they never replied with return instructions. Although they said money back guarantee if it doesn't work. Well it doesn't work a bit. Stop rubbing people your device doesn't work.

This company is a scam! I ordered a fly catcher with additional fly bait. This product is the biggest piece of junk ever. I used it for several days and didn’t catch one single fly. Their customer service is worthless. There is no way possible to obtain a refund. I tried several times and finally gave up. They also wanted the terrible product shipped to Bulgaria. I wasted almost $40 on a product that was completely worthless! Don’t buy from this company! They are scammers!

I tried to place an order on their website for a 4 pk of the ultrasonic animal deterrents and the order would not go through. So then I ordered a 3 pack and it went through. Before I had ordered the 3 pack I got an email asking if I was having trouble checking out. I ignored the message and proceeded to purchase the 3 pack. A couple days later I realize that they charged me for the 4 pack and the 3 pack. So I file a dispute with PayPal. Then I asked the company for 2 return shipping labels since I supposedly had 2 orders right?? Or at least that is what the customer service rep told me when I called them!! They claim I ordered a 4 pack and the 3 pack. Well they never sent me any return shipping labels AND when I received my order guess what I got….the 3 pack!!! The ones that I ordered. They didn’t send the 4 pack even though they charged me almost $100 for it!! So I escalated to a claim explaining that I only got one package, I didn’t get the second one. And these people sent the one tracking number that showed delivered (for the 3 pack) so PayPal found in favor of them!!! And they still have not sent me a return shipping label so that I can return the 3 pack that I no longer want and has not been opened.

Bought 4 animal repellers from them. At checkout, their website doubled my order unbeknownst to me. My bank called and told about the charges on my card. I called and emailed the company. It took them over 24 hours to respond. They took the extra 4 off my bill. They finally arrive from some country in Bulgaria.The high pitched whining of the "inaudible" devices is horrible! They refused to take this defective junk back and wanted me to take pictures and record video of their junk devices. I am not prepared to do all this. Would not give me return instructions for a return at all. The animals were still digging up my plants (squirrels and chipmonks). Don't buy these. Terrible company. ( I had 1 other device from a different company that works, and if I could have found where I bought it would have bought more)

Sent a product that not only appeared to have been used but also was missing a part and wouldn't spray with a rip. Can't help but believe whomever is responsible for returns and Shipping knew this product was faulty.

I initially purchased a My Passport WD 2TB hard drive from a large computer store. I was told I had to format it for my Mac. Unfortunately, it wasn't working. I spent well over an hour trying to figure it out then I contacted support at WD and was surprised at the rapid response I received. The agent told me that the hard drive I purchased would not work for the Mac and I needed to get one that specifically stated it was for a Mac. I immediately went back to the store for the refund and went to another store to purchase the correct hard drive as suggested. The new one works like a dream. I'm getting a new computer and wanted to back up my data. The correct WD hard drive couldn't have been easier. I was extremely impressed with the customer service offered by Wrapango and would recommend their products because of the reliability and service.

There was a mix up on my order and I only received half of the order. Not really knowing the company I anticipated a problem. That was not the case! I contacted the company, explained my problem. The issue was handled quickly and efficiently. I received the balance of my order in a timely fashion! Thank you!

We bought 4 nfrared Solar Powered Animal Pest Repeller, and so far this product works, we have not seen any damages with our plants that we were trying to protect. And also, the customer service is excellent, we had one item that just stop working, but they replaced it.

There should actually be an option for no stars. Item arrived 2 weeks after estimated delivery. The Item is still in the package it was shipped in and I’m trying to get this item returned with no success. Michaela has been asking the same questions, how many times I’m I supposed to explain myself. Wrong advertising of estimated delivery date, item is no longer needed. I want to return it and get my refund and you keep asking the exact same questions I have already answered. Meanwhile, this is the same individual that said I should let them know once the item arrives so a return label can be created for it. This is my first time shopping from them and will certainly be the last. Terrible Terrible experience!!

DO NOT BUY from this company as they do not stand by their products! I ordered a faulty ultrasonic deer repeller and they refused to refund me because the product is used. Of course it's used, how would I know it doesn't work?! BUYER BEWARE!
