Bought 3 of the infrared solar powered pest control items to place in my front yard due to rabbits eating my grass. Product said it would take a couple of weeks to start working. They worked for 3-4 weeks and then stopped. I contacted support and they said they couldn’t help me because we were out of the 30 day policy. Such a horrible way to run a business…DO NOT SHOP ON THIS SITE, products are cheaply made and there is no responsibility from their end!!!

Bought TWO SSD drives. Defective, cannot return. vendor want shipping charges to send me more junk. No refund. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING. THIS IS SCAM PLACE
If I can give them less than a 1 i woiuld. There service only works one way. They are always right and the customer is always wrong. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. KNOCKOFFS OF THE REAL PRODUCT. I purchased a product that failed to deter animals in my garden - all it did was make a noise - it did not deter deer. It did nothing. I requested a refund. Their customer service stated if it mamkes a noise it is working. SMH. It does not work. They refused a refund.
THEY ARE A SCAM CO. BASED IN BULGARIA! Update Sept 21st 2023: Don't be fooled by the ridiculous form letter below. They have ZERO interest in making this right. They are based in bulgaria and apparently bulgarians are the most ignorant, worthless people on the planet. They do everything possible to scam you with junk products. THEIR RETURN POLICY?!?!!? They are in bulgaria ( I won't capitalize their country because they don't deserve it. I know, I know, it's petty but I feel better) and YOU have to pay shipping to return their junk. AVOID AVOID AVOID. There is nothing they are selling that you can't find somewhere else. Original review: This is one of the most despicable companies I have ever dealt with online! DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING!!!!They have a misleading website that forces you to buy more than you want. I immediately try to cancel, and they say “too bad too late we’re sending it anyway”. I got an email from one of the representatives that says “sorry about that we’d be happy to refund once you get the items”. I try one of the six and it doesn’t work. I don’t even touch the other five. They say sorry you’re not eligible for any refund on anything. I forward them the exact email that one of the representative sent to me and they say “we don’t care”, even though the website says they have the best refund policy out there. Do not order!!! you have been warned!
So we ordered an EMS Acupuncture foot mat from Wrapango on the 22nd of July and paid through paypal, it was supposed to take up to 4-5 days to get here. We told Paypal that our product did not arrive and you know how this goes, disputed by Wrapango, insisting they sent it, turned out that the shipping tracker code was supposedly from Bulgaria. Paypal awarded the case to Wrapango, despite the fact that it never arrived to us. If you buy from these people, watch out, Paypal won't do anything. It's now late August. We had to re-buy from somewhere else. Stay well clear of ordering products from these folks.
I'd give zero stars if I could. The product came in, communication during the order and shipping process was pretty good, the product is utter and complete garbage and they won't stand behind it. I purchased the Liquid Lawn Seed Spray which comes with a proprietary sprayer to apply it. The sprayer is literally falling apart, I cannot use it therefore I can't apply the spray and Wrapango could not possible care any less. Edit: Adding this after the response because I can't figure out how to reply to this, I've contacted you at the Contact email you refer me to no less than 10 times before posting here, you guys have zero interest in making this right. I tried for months to resolve this directly and you just flat aren't interested. All I ever got was small discounts on future purchases which is funny, I will never, ever do business with Wrapango again.
I think this company is a scam. I bought a cat exercise wheel from them and was disappointed in the quality of material, the assembly directions were non-existent and customer service is horrible. Will never purchase from them again.
BEWARE Before Buying. I wish we had searched this company before purchasing. From the poor reviews on returns and customer service this company has NO INTENTION of allowing you to return an item. I also purchased a supposed Nirvana "sweatshirt." When it arrived, I NEVER opened the cellophane envelope it came in, because I could clearly see it wasn't made of sweatshirt material. I have sensitive skin and the material looks more like polyester. Within the week, I contacted customer service and sent in pictures of the shirt STILL IN THE PLASTIC BAG and received the same response as others, "Regarding the issue you raised, our return policy states that we cannot accept returns on used or opened items. This policy is in place to maintain the quality and integrity of our products, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety. Once a product has been used or opened, we are unable to accept it as a return. Our "30-day money back guarantee - risk-free purchase" applies specifically to unused and unopened items within the specified timeframe." I tried again to explain the item is still sealed and received the same response. I am sure they will reply to this as they have with the other complaints asking for me to contact them, which I have and asked to speak with a manager and nothing. This is what I get for trusting overseas retailer.
I purchased a 16TB portable ssd . When i got it I liked the compact size so I ordered 2 more smaller (4TB) drives. I copied 1 folder 3.4GB of files onto the 16TB drive then it stopped working. I contacted Wrapango and explained what happened and that I had ordered 2 more drives but was leery about keeping them . When i got the 2 drives I was instructed to send a photo of the package unopened as required for return . Then i was told the fee was $15 to send it back. I was also offered 120% store credit . Ive bought plenty of electronic items from different online venues . I have never had issues with things not working or returning ones that didnt work . most places have a 30 day warranty . wrapango is nothing like other venues . Very poor business. I am also filing a review with BBB and what I've seen several others have had similar experience with wrapango
Bought a fly trap. It arrived and didn’t work. I reached out to customer service and all they did was send me a digital version of the manual that I already had. They made me send a video to “prove” it didn’t work. I did and now they won’t provide a replacement or refund unless I pay more. If I choose a replacement they want $12 in shipping cost when there’s no way it should be more than $4.99 for this trap. They won’t refund but they will take a 10% cut and give the rest in “store credit” so I can be disappointed again. Their customer service is some of the worst I’ve encountered. Either completely clueless or they don’t care.
Item received was cracked and scratched and looked to have been used. Sent numerous emails (over and over) but when I responded to the emails they did absolutely nothing. The ship aid was even paid for and they did nothin even though pictures were sent the day it was delivered. NEVER AGAIN!
I wish I could give it a minus zero star. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. Do not buy from them? They do not take returns. They just take your money and run. They're electronic back device was so abusive that my husband yelped out. He was in pain. There was no other levels that were lower. It was a lie. It didn't work and when it did work it hurt. This should be illigal.
After many attempts through email for a refund, because this product clearly does not keep the deer out of the garden. I was denied a refund of $86. I strongly urge do not purchase anything from Wrapango. Try this product instead Hoont cobra-jet animal repeller. It works!!! I just received a response to my review from Wragangos. Let me summarize what the email said from their team, “there is nothing faulty with their device. Put it back in the garden for a few more weeks”. Seriously 😐
Horrible, borderline criminal behavior. I purchased an item and it arrived several weeks later in a standard mail package/envelope. Non-see-through app of course open the package has anyone would do and the product was sitting in it no inside packaging then upon examination, the product was not at all what was ordered. We ordered a sweatshirt and this was a T-shirt, the screen print was done in error, so there is a faded drag across the image. I reached out to customer service for a refund or exchange, and they said because I “opened the package“ their policy is no returns. Now it is impossible to know something is defective , a cheap knock off, and not as describe without opening your mail. Sharing this issue widely to include the Federal Trade Commission, National Attorney General and The Department of Consumer Affairs. I realize they are international, so I’m hoping wire fraud may stop them eventually.
Bought their noisy animal repeller. Advertised it "emits a tone that only animals can hear". I tested it outside and my neighbor complained about the noise. I sent them a video of it and they refused to accept a refunded return saying it was "used" because I turned it on. Totally false advertising and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
All 3 items were unsatisfactory! I lost $67 trusting Wrapango. EVERYONE please try not to order ANYTHING from the Internet. It’s a unsettling “Return/Refund process” battle. Wrapango is the WORST! You shop online, browsing their items, you buy and if you have an issue with the item, the RETURN POLICY Is designed to where you are not able to return anything. “EVERY” sold item has a non refundable clause. If you fight it, Wrapango will make you send picture after picture, statement after statement, hoping you will give up and take the loss. Future note to all of us is to check the return and refund policy before clicking the “PAY” button. BETTER YET, LET’S STOP SHOPPING ONLINE, STOP BUYING FROM FOREIGN or UNKNOWN SHOPS and stick with our REPUTABLE AND LOCAL STORES. The risks, inconvenience and headaches are not worth trying to save a buck or two. My personal experience has been too many disappointments and monetary losses. Whatever we need or are looking for, find it locally ( where you can go to the store or you know and trust the merchant ). Example: Amazon, Macy’s, Home Depot or any well known establishment would be okay, BUT unknown, unfamiliar or unheard of merchants online……stay away from. Especially if you are going to spend a lot of money. Don’t trust it, keep looking and shop locally. The 3 unsatisfactory items I bought from Wrapango were like a “cheap knockoff”. I could have bought better at a local Home Depot. I learned a $67 lesson. Customer Service isn’t what it used to be whether online or locally, however we have a better chance with the locals than online. Save money and stop losing! Shop smart, get rid of that virtual cart!
If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. They are scam artists and should never be trusted. PLEASE do not order anything from this company. If anything is wrong, their broken English representatives will keep you on the phone asking ridiculous questions for an hour and then say that can't do anything to help you. My package arrived in a plain plastic bag with no business name on it. I opened it and inside was a mangled box with the product I ordered inside it. I contacted the company and after a very long runaround, I was told that because I opened the outer bag, they couldn't do anything for me. Are you serious???? The outer packaging didn't even have their company name on it. I had to open it to see what was inside it! The box inside was mangled! I simply wanted to return it and get a refund. I will make sure this story goes everywhere I can get it to travel so that no one else loses their money to a scamming company.
The online image of the Nirvana long sleeve shirt appeared to be the popular trending sweatshirt. However, it arrived as a cheap stretch polyester, long sleeve shirt. I reached out to the Wrapango Customer Solutions Department and was instructed to forward “photos of the product packaging for recording purposes.” As required, I forwarded two photos to Wrapango: One photo showed the Nirvana shirt in the resealable plastic sleeve, with the mailer envelope along its side. The second photo showed was the Nirvana shirt, with its resealable plastic sleeve and mailer envelope along its side. I then received an email from Wrapango Customer Solutions advising of their return policy stating, “We cannot accept returns on used or opened items due to hygiene and health reasons.” This shirt was NEVER USED or tried on. Without removing it from the resealable sleeve packaging, how would I have known it was the wrong item? Nowhere in their return instructions did Wrapango indicate by slipping the shirt out of its resealable package would void their return policy. This goes down as the worst customer service I have ever experienced and undoubtedly I’m not the only voice in my complaint. With the thousands of choices of gold-standard online consumer shopping sites, I strongly recommend to avoid this substandard online company as evidenced by their deceptive business practice. I will be sharing this issue widely to include the Federal Trade Commission, National Attorney General and The Department of Consumer Affairs.
What I was sent looked nothing like the picture. Sloppy, cheap and there should have been some print on one sleeve. First of all, it took forever. Second, trying to contact someone. Third, when I did, nothing is done. You keep getting a message that they have sent to Product Dept. for review. Today I’m told nothing can be done, but they are offering me a 20% coupon.
