Customer service is top notch! I did not see the posts for my product in the shipping box. Michaela was amazing. She got back to me right away, and explained that the posts were under the cardboard separating piece on the bottom of the box. The units were easy to assemble, and put in ground. So far, no deer!

These do not work and I would like to return them for a full refund...the customer service agent that is helping me just keeps sending me videos that dont show me anything

Got a SSD that didn’t work and was mislabeled. Won’t work with this retailer again. Distrustful

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with any company. Excellent quality. My order was lost any shipping and the company reached out to me immediately to resolve the issue. Schedule A new shipment which I received very quickly. I would like to Thank the representative that made this happen by going above and beyond to help me.

I had an issue with the unit I ordered. I emailed Michaela with customer service and requested either a refund or another unit. After sending a short clip showing the issue with the unit, Michaela immediately processed shipment for a new unit to be sent to me. I was impressed with how quick and easy it was to get the problem fixed and thought Michaela was great.

My first and last purchase due to defective product and HORRIBLE customer service. I purchased an SSD from them and reported that no matter what device I connected it to, there's an error causing it not to stay connected. I called customer service and was hung up on. I emailed them and provided all the info they asked for and they were still rude. Should have known it would have been poor quality because of the cheap price.

I have been using this product for so long. It is really amazing and help me to keep my weight down and stable. Now I feel like can’t live without it. It is easy to use and just put it over 8 hrs and relocate the spot every time you use it. It might leave a red mark but it will go away quickly. I am very satisfied with the product and want to share my thoughts with you all.

I’m impressed with your companies personal touch. I had a question prior to receiving my patches soooo… I sent an email hoping it would get read sometime in this lifetime. Well to my surprise Michaela was on it. I really appreciate your willingness to answer my questions and provide me with a timely response to my concerns . You made me feel like a person not a number , you made me feel like I matter which helped restore my confidence and excitement about my new weight loss journey with your company. Shipment was incomplete and customer service email does not register sent. Missing expensive items that says it shipped and received but items are missing. Getting no response. Feels like fraud!

My order for the rotating curling iron arrived damaged. I contacted Wrapango Customer Service and a working replacement was in my hands within 2 weeks. I was VERY impressed at the ease in dealing with this company.

This is only waste of money its never works and whenever i tell them they ask me video and i can not upload video and i lost my money.. don’t waste your money behind they show you.. its not working at all

I had the exact same experience as noted in another review. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They do not back the products they sell. I purchased 4 units and 1 died after 45 days of use. Wrapango would not replace it. Apparently their warranty is 30 days. How poor is that? Previous post from September 2023 below. Bought 3 of the infrared solar powered pest control items to place in my front yard due to rabbits eating my grass. Product said it would take a couple of weeks to start working. They worked for 3-4 weeks and then stopped. I contacted support and they said they couldn’t help me because we were out of the 30 day policy. Such a horrible way to run a business…DO NOT SHOP ON THIS SITE, products are cheaply made and there is no responsibility from their end!!!

Bought GE refrigerator water filters. They were knock-offs and we spent hours trying to figure out what was wrong; of course googled and youtubed and figured it out. Authentic filters have a chip on them. These did not and were not even accurate in size….So a lot of wasted time and stress. Will be calling my cc company to refund.
