It took one week to get a response to my email.
I purchased a plan where I was emailed the correct payment receipt BUT the policy sent is for a different plan. I have emailed World Nomads without a response. When I called, they told me to email. Not impressed traveling with the wrong policy. No help now most likely means no help if I need to use the plan
I like that the comparison between the levels are preally easy to understand.
The agent who was assigned to my call was rude and condescending. It was so shocking and demeaning that I spoke to management. Management was respectful and listened to my complaint. I never heard if anything was done. I spoke to a second agent that was lovely

UPDATE, I received an email with a printable benefits card. Actually, very impressed with the prompt response and it has phone numbers with 24/7 response. Im extremely happy and pleased that my concern was read and taken care of right away. Way to go World Nomads, excellent job! Booking experience on line was easy. I received email communication with receipt right away. Only complaint is not find an option to print a coverage card with emergency contact number to keep with my travel documents. The phone number I found on your site says call collect. That makes me uneasy if a medical emergency arises will I get assistance
