The combi boiler is efficient and works well with the existing radiator system, replacing an old tank system. The casing is a bit flimsy and rattles occasionally so 4*.

We bought our Worcester Bosch boiler approx. 3 years ago and had it fitted by Boxt and Charlie , and we were absolutely delighted with him for doing a brilliant job and the boiler for being efficient and cutting down on our gas bills! However, the water coming through to the kitchen and bathroom and particularly the shower is coming through hot and then cold which is unpleasant particularly when in the shower and we have to waste a lot of water waiting for it to heat up again! It doesn’t happen in the shower if we turn off the central heating. It had never happened before so I called Worcester Bosch and spoke to a charming lady who arranged for an employee to come and check out the boiler. He arrived and came into the kitchen and immediately said it was in the wrong position because of it’s proximity to the extractor fan and it was supposed to be inches away so my husband said he would take it down! ( The boiler was fitted by Charlie in the position of our previous boiler and it’s been serviced twice and we have never been told it was incorrect!) Your engineer was abrasive and unpleasant and said that it always happens with a Combi boiler so there was nothing he could do! I explained that it had never happened before but I understood what he was saying but I felt really upset at his attitude and asked him to leave! My husband was out and I worked in customer care for a large company for 30 years and although I’m 76 years old , I’m intelligent and kind! I’m bringing this to your attention, and hope your employee will be more helpful and respectful to his next customer! Worcester Bosch is an excellent company with a great reputation!

Great quality boiler and value for money. I was able to search and locate leaking g radiators due to the boiler continuing to register low pressure on the easy to read panel.

Purchased to replace old Baxi back boiler heating system. Simple to operate and has worked well throughout the cold winter months. No more half filled baths because the hot water tank ran cold so 24 hr hot water. Should have changed it sooner.

I'm not very happy with my worcester bosch greenstar boiler performance and worklife, less than 7 years it has broken down 3rd time. The website claims 10 year gurantee but none exists. How awful experience this has been. I've young children with disabilities and elderely mother. No hot water or heating for more than 24 hours now. I always used valiant boiler in the past. Its my mistake I chose the option for Worcester on last occasion. I'll not recommend Worcester to anyone for the amount money it isn't worth.

Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the service provided by the Nick Greaves the boiler engineer. His friendly manner, professionalism, expertise and clear communication made the whole process stress-free. The fault was rectified swiftly and my boiler is now functioning perfectly having waited six weeks to test the previous repair in December which did not address the defect .i.e. a defective heat exchange unit which Nick identified after looking at the operation of the boiler two days earlier. Following the repair, Nick conducted a thorough test of the entire boiler system to ensure that there were no additional issues and requested I check the hot water flowing from the ground and first floor basins. I would highly recommend this engineer to anyone in need of boiler repairs or maintenance.

The boiler was fitted quickly and tidily. It works very efficiently using much less oil than my previous one.

It’s quieter than 15 year old boiler it replaced but not sure that it has cheaper running costs plus the bungalow does not seem as before with the back, the radiator settings are the same

Five star, the heating is superb.

We find this boiler very easy use and well worth the money.
