Great energy saving boiler. When set at 50 Degrees C, it condenses effortlessly thus savimg the gas burner. I would recommend this boiler for its Green credentials and cost, and its overall easy use.

Outstanding service and communication throughout. So refreshing to have a female engineer - she was absolutely amazing. A faultless experience from start to finish. I wouldn't have any other boiler than a Worcester Bosch now.

Shocking After Care service!!! I reported an issue with my boiler (Greenstar 2000 Gr2 300WC - 2021 model) the boiler is 4 years old and dripping water from the underside, when I rang Worcester it would be 5 days before they could get an engineer out, so I made provisions for an emergency plumber who confirmed it was a boiler issue (manifold) and informed me that I couldn’t use it so I have no heating or hot water ! The engineer came out and confirmed it was the manifold and ordered the part booked in for the revisit 2 days later - so I waited for the engineer to turn up on the Thursday and contacted the customer service department as again I had taken time off work they confirmed he was definitely coming but the confirmed time was booked in for 8-8:30 at 10:30 the engineer rang me to say he had ordered the wrong part and not coming !! Then rebooked it in for the following Saturday on the Saturday (today) I have rang 5 times and spoke to various customer service advisors who advised they were coming but after 3rd call I was informed that it had been passed to another engineer who should have been at my property at 8 am - eventually on the fifth call (me calling not them) I was informed that the planning department had made an error and in fact no one was actually coming out ! So not hot water unable to shower I have visitors with me with small children that cannot shower and not only our visitors but my partner and myself are having to use a hotel! I have formally made and official complaint about this as I don’t feel there is a joined up approach or any kind of duty of care to their customers what so ever! What has happened to this company and why are they being so complaisant about their customers! I thought was purchasing a decent product from reputable company that cared but obviously this is not the case! I have now taken 3 days off work and paid for an emergency plumber to help try to resolve this and their level of service is simply shocking and I am not being prioritised or simply even being contacted by this company ! I would NOT recommend this company to anyone as I don’t feel that they have a customers interest and well being at heart !

Following my comments here the Worcester Bosch people got in touch, tested the boiler and patiently walked me through problem. Turns out it was my end and now resolved. Great job!

Job was booked in for 15th February 2025. Lee called 20mins before he arrived. He was friendly & efficient. He told us what part he was replacing & the boiler was fixed quickly.
