Easy and efficient ordering and delivery process

We saw the Schott Zwiesel Vina Touch Water Tumbler glasses in Gidleigh Park Hotel in Devon (the ones with the green base), and then in a very upscale Indian restaurant in London (the ones with blue base) and fell for them. When returning to Los Angeles, I searched high and low for them online, finally finding the blue based ones on Wineware and after ordering two boxes of them, they arrived within 2 days!! What incredible customer service, especially as I live in the USA!!

If the wine rack had been small enough to fit in an envelope and posted with a first-class stamp, it would have taken longer to arrive - I couldn't have collected it quicker. Just two days from ordering! Immobility means that I have to obtain most things online. Wineware must surely be the best this year. Top rate service and an excellent product: what more could I ask for, and their website even advised me as to how I could avoid carriage charges. I am most impressed.
